Newly renovated house, fully equipped, with total privacy, and ocean view from the entire house. Barbecue, private pool, toilet, Smart TV 55, fiber optic Wi-Fi by the operator, 300 mega, in the living room and bedrooms. Easy access to the beach, inside the condo, distance of 400 meters being part of the way back to the house, uphill. I rent it with the service of the housekeepers.

Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent.

The house is very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature, in gated community and 24h security. The outdoor area has a large garden with palm trees, coconut palms and fruit trees. The barbecue place and table on the balcony allow a perfect integration between all guests, whether inside the house, in the garden, the pool and wet bar. The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.
