My apartment is beachfront. You can walk to the mall. The building is well-frequented, the outdoor area is quiet. My space is suitable for couples and families of 6 people. The apartment is well maintained, of course, renovated, air-conditioned, tiled floor, built-in cabinets, barbecue and balcony. It has beach service with umbrellas and chairs, a heated pool, sauna, fitness center and tennis court. There is an ice machine in the building for guest use. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent.
