The place is spectacular, the apartment is impeccable, super well located, Ana Flavia is super attentive, always concerned that you are comfortable and if any doubt or unforeseen event arises, she solves it right away. The AP is in a very quiet place, foot in the sand. The sea view is wonderful, a beautiful (closed) balcony of glass. All rooms have air conditioning. The building is located for those who really want to rest and want peace of mind. It left a little to be desired in the matter of beach materials, vide chairs (reclining beach chair has enough, high chair is missing) and sand bag (this one does not have). Of the rest, it is complete. The caretaker is very attentive, willing, explains everything right, dear. As we traveled from afar, we ended up arriving just before the time (it was difficult to set the exact time of arrival), and still allowed the entrance. I'd go back there for sure.

The apartment is located in short walking distance of some of the best beaches I've ever visited. Modern building and comfortable apartment. The apartment is very it's a little small but enough for my family of 4, we were all very comfy. You have available all the things you might need, she even let you use the beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, so you don't have to bring your own. The garage is very steep and narrow. Eleni is very nice and helpful. Thank you Eleni for the wonderful stay.

Our stay was simply amazing! The apartment is excellent, very well equipped with everything needed for comfortable and worry-free lodging. But the great highlight, without a doubt, is the view to the sea – something indescribable! The sunrise is breathtaking, a true spectacle of nature that makes the experience even more special. Super recommend and for sure we will host again.

The host was very attentive and helpful. He gave instructions in a differentiated and clear manner, facilitating check-in and avoiding setbacks. The only observation is in relation to the garage, which is small and requires a little more maneuvering to enter. I will definitely stay again and recommend the place for those looking for tranquility and a beautiful and well-maintained place.

Genakarlo was very kind and helpful during the stay. It made us comfortable for check in and check out, always helping in everything we need. The house has a great living area, with barbecue and swimming pool and ample space. For weekend with friends, excellent, I recommend.

The house was perfect for our family. It had everything you need to have a great vacation. Micheli and Robson were very friendly and always willing to help us. The location was great, close to good restaurants and you could walk to the beach. I definitely recommend it and we'd love to come back someday.

Wonderful 6-day stay, we felt at home, location with easy access to all sides and exits to the beaches, close to BR. Excellent apartment with all the necessary utensils including a washing machine, which caught my attention, markets, pharmacy, gas station, restaurants and bars nearby. Closed condominium with excellent parking for those with children. And Mrs. Jaqueline, an unparalleled person, very polite, helpful and attentive, gave us tips about the place because we didn't know it yet and was very flexible about Check-in, we'll be back for sure.

The condominium is family-friendly, had all the advertised items, a place near Laranjeiras beach, Estaleirinho, Balneário Camboriú and easy access to BR101. Everything was clean, impeccable. Rodrigo was super attentive. I recommend it.
