The apartment is super cozy, spacious and very well located, close to the beach, markets, pharmacies and great restaurants. It was all very practical and comfortable. Gabriel was an excellent host, always helpful, attentive and full of good tips. He answered all our questions quickly and very clearly. We would definitely come back!

Positive points: The property itself surprised us positively, it is very spacious, especially the area. In a small, well-maintained and tidy condominium. In the photos, it even looks smaller than it really is. The beds are good, each room has its own bathroom, essential for group travel. If you're looking for a more peaceful place, this is the right place. Even more so for those who have animals, as was my case. Wifi City works. Negative points; Cleaning of cutlery and maintenance is needed on some doors. Lots of mosquitoes (bring plenty of repellent!) and having to cross the road to get to the beach, in our case it was “easy” because it was low season.

All communication with Ricardo, Mari and Simone was very well done, they gave us local recommendations and a lot of information. The apartment is very nice, with an airy space and excellent leisure area. The only drawback is for the bathrooms in two suites, which are very small, but small people won't have a problem with that. The entire check-in and check-out process was very easy, and they even let us put our bags inside the apartment before check-in time. Overall an excellent stay.

The house is great, very spacious, all rooms very well organized and clean. In addition, utensils and kitchen items are varied and very useful. Carlos was also requested to answer us without delay and offering clear information.

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 5 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, as well as being well-equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos, with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

Lélia welcomed us very well, very nice, giving all the necessary instructions, we had no problem. The house was well tidy, the accommodations and the utensils met our needs. It is in a good location, to go to the beaches of Cabo Frio and also Arraial do Cabo, we love the Foguete beach that has some beautiful natural pools!

Spectacular, We are a family that was amazed by the apartment and its privileged view. Regarding cleanliness, the concern is very noticeable, all the appliances are in perfect condition. You can feel the comfort of your own home and more. I recommend the place 100% and its hosts are always available to help. I'm delighted! Paula was super helpful, a lovely person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the very first moment. The cottage is simply amazing, cozy, with wonderful views and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I booked a wedding surprise on the side, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever had! The environment was carefully prepared, with beautiful decor and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. We will definitely be back more often. Gratitude for everything!

My experience at Casa Atenas was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A special highlight is the wonderful view from the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the host was very attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and will definitely be back on my next visit to Arraial do Cabo!

The view of the house is spectacular, it feels like a dream to wake up, open the curtains of the room and come across the sea view. The house is well equipped with several utensils in the kitchen. The bed was comfy and the bathrooms, although small, were very beautiful. Access to the site is complicated, but well worth it. The host is extremely helpful and easy to contact. I can't wait to get back.

We get in love in the house, it's all very beautiful. The house itself is already beautiful, well-equipped, smelly, super comfortable. The view then is not even mentioned. Guilherme's reception was out of the ordinary, very dear, receptive and answered quickly about our doubts. On this trip it was just me and my husband and we are already planning the return to bring our daughter together.
