We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. We all would Definitely Highly Recommend this Villa and Location. 5 Star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a wonderful 5-day stay as a 30s friend group - the house is absolutely stunning, and felt like a real luxury. It's only about an hour's drive from Faro Airport, AC was great, kitchen really well stocked even for a bit group and the outdoor area / BBQ were ideal! It's in a peaceful neighbourhood (up a massive hill!) and far enough from the other houses to feel private. It was super easy to Uber into Lagos for only €5-7 euros each way - drivers weren't at all daunted by the location, and are fearless with the tiny old town streets in Lagos proper! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking to explore the Algarve :)

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Fabulous location in the middle of the old/historic part of the town.. & very convenient/central to get around the historic town & waterfront ... also public transport close by... Shops & restaraunts nearby.. Small but very comfy apartment with everything you need ....& the rooftop terrace is a gorgeous added bonus... & amazing view of the storks nesting on neighbouring rooftops!.... Angela was incredibly helpful when we needed it...& very friendly... All round a great place to spend some time in Faro in... we loved it!

Our experience at Michelle's house was excellent. The house is super cozy, clean and well cared for. Located in the center of a typical Portuguese village and at the same time close (by car) to the beaches. The house has all the basic utensils needed for cooking and for small children. Just like us, our 1 year and 8 month old son loved it!

What an absolute gem of an apartment. Don't look past this wonderful place if looking for accommodation in Villamoura. Extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean, lovely pool area and only 5 or 10 mins walk to the Marina. Very close to restaurants, bars and cafes and has a small supermarket directly across the road. Michel was extremely helpful and gave very clear instructions and useful information on the local area. The upstairs lounge area was the icing on the cake for me. Will definately be returning in the future!

We would recommend this to anyone looking for a first class apartment in a fairly quiet location. The top floor balcony gives access for al fresco dining, sunbathing and evening chilling. The views are simply stunning. the apartment is perfectly located for a few bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. all literally outside your main door. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and perfect. we've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this ranks as one of the very best. also the downloadable instructions to get in are fool proof!! thank you

the apartment was exactly as described which is rare. all the amenities you require, clean and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and the pool are an extra bonus. Quiet area. Very close to the local suoermarket( walking distance). Short taxi journey to beach/ old town/ new town. Could walk it if you wanted. Great location for families. would highly recommend

As a solo traveller this provided everything that I needed and more. Great location, modern, stylish apartment complex, with a fantastic large private and fully furnished terrace. The hosts kindly stocked the kitchen with some food items and refreshments which was greatly appreciated, albeit there is a large supermarket available within 5 minutes walk. The location was ideal for my needs, as it was not too close to the hassle and bustle of Albufeira which provided a quiet place to relax, but equally only 10-15 minutes walk from the new town bars, beach and restaurants or 20-25 minutes walk to the old town. The complex provides underground secure car parking, which was a great benefit, as I rented a car and explored the main locations of the Algarve, all with peace of mind. All in all, the accommodation, location and friendly hosts provided for what was a fantastic first time holiday to Albufeira, which I would recommend to anyone. Many thanks to Nancy and Arthur.

We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Assumadas. The pool was lovely and clean and outdoor space was perfect for our party size. We had ages ranging from 70 years old to 8 months and all inbetween and it accommodated everyone. Helder was a fantastic host and very attentive. The location is remote but a great shopping centre 6 minute drive away. Taxis were always available and very cheap. Thank you Helder. We will be back!

Stunning villa - Cátia has done a fantastic job. Beautiful furnishings, it’s like a show home. Location is central for Algarve beaches, easy to get everywhere. We will definitely return when in this part of the world.

Likely the best location in Algarve if you are looking for a quiet stay. Apartment is nice, clean, well located, nice balcony, Kitchen is well equipped. We were expecting something upscale and trendy but it was a bit dated, however it is still very nice and very much above average. We could easily have spent 2-3 weeks here ! Armacao de Pera is often an overlooked beach city for a stay. It is quiet VERY quiet (except dog barking), everything closes around 10PM. But you still can get ice cream and a cold beer at Gelatos upto mid-night. Then if you need wild animation Arbufeira and Portimao are within 15 min ride. (Uber cost only 12-15 euro to get backhome). Then the best part is the beach : right in front of the apartment. It is the best soft sand beach in the area and its temperature is above the coast's average. We LOVED this place.

An Unforgettable Stay – Truly Felt Like Home! 🌊🌴 The large terrace with a stunning seaview was hands-down our favorite spot. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped with all the kitchen appliances we could possibly need, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the cozy seating area was ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged — a true home away from home. The garden surrounding the apartment was beautifully maintained, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. A fantastic bonus was the access to tennis courts, and we were thrilled that the host had even left tennis rackets for us to. The swimming pool was another highlight — clean, spacious, and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs, so we never had to worry about finding a good spot to relax. Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

Absolutely perfect stay — 10/10! This was the ideal place for a visit to the Algarve. Rosa was hands down the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. From the moment I booked, she went above and beyond. Before I even arrived, she sent a detailed guide with everything I needed to know about the property, plus amazing recommendations for local restaurants, sights, and hidden gems. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Eva's place was the perfect place to call home in Lagos. It's in a quieter area of the city but still walkable to everywhere. She was very helpful with instructions and advice for our stay and had someone to greet us while she talked us through the place via video call. lots of attention to detail and a very nicely decorated place, but still practical. If you're a light sleeper, ear plugs for the seagulls would be a good idea, but that's the same for anywhere in Lagos. Was able to find parking each day too and instructions in guestbook were great for confirming parking spots. Highly recommend.

What a pleasure this "Home boat" is! It is designed as a small house on the water with an optimized layout like on a boat. With a small terrace where you can have breakfast and the rooftop "garden" with everything you need to relax. The decoration is in very good taste and the amenities are as described. Rare enough to be noted, the accommodation has plenty of power outlets. It's just missing a small wardrobe, storage is a little lacking. The location is well located, close to beautiful beaches and the fabulous caves of Bénagil and a stone's throw from the old town. In terms of services, Rodrigo is very responsive and makes every effort to ensure that the occupants of his boats do not need anything. The staff is lovely and very attentive. And for those who are afraid of seasickness, don't worry, the boat barely moves.

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!
