The house has four bedrooms, accommodating 16 people, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living and dining room, a gourmet area, a large, enclosed patio for up to six cars, and an entrance with an electronic gate. For those who like the simplicity of good times. Unique experience at a home on the banks of the Mampituba River in Torres. (We offer bicycles, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys!). It is close to the center, Prainha and the main tourist attractions, all of which can be reached on foot, while your car stays in the garage. The unit is ground floor and overlooks the sea. Up to two small- and medium-sized pets are allowed! The mains voltage is 220. The house consists of two bedrooms , two double beds in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate up to six people, under prior consultation! The house is located on a quiet street and is fully surrounded and high walls, has an open garage inside the courtyard! We don't have a screen protector or a child-proof outlet!

The house is located in the back of the Residential complex, which has 2 more houses in the front. The space is not shared with other guests. The house has all the utensils for your stay. Air-conditioning in the en-suite, other bedrooms have fans.
