Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia da Barra da Lagoa

Excellent place with all the necessary amenities, very close to the beach to enjoy. The place was just like the photos and highly recommended if you want to relax and enjoy. Manuela is very proactive and always willing to help. We would definitely come back

Makian's apartment was impeccably tidy and very cozy. Very good shower! Comfortable bed and bath linens. The apartment's windows are on the side, and it is possible to have a beautiful view of the beach. Very nice to admire. Bakery, restaurant, shops… and much more, are very close to the apartment. We were treated to some pampering and we were grateful for it! The garage was a differential for our stay. Makian was always quick to answer our questions. Everything went well and the stay was great!

The stay was perfect! Greice and Gustavo were attentive to our concerns about places to eat and garbage disposal. Very kind, sweet, they never bothered us. The accommodation has everything you need to be comfortable: air conditioning to sleep cool, plenty of storage space to be comfortable with clothes, the kitchen is super complete (we cook every day). The location is perfect. You're in the middle of the island, halfway to any place (north, south and center). Within Barra, it's perfect as you're in a quiet but not secluded area. You can walk to the center or the beach to eat. We'll be back, we were delighted with the place and them! Thanks for welcoming us with so much love and warmth.

The apartment matches the listing, everything was impeccable, very clean and fragrant. I loved our stay. Jemina responded quickly.

The location is situated away from the busy city, yet only a couple blocks from the beach. The facility has a gym, outdoor pool, and even a convivence shop on location for quick pickup items. You can easily walk on the beach back to the town center with restaurants and convivence shops on the way. Uber is active and an inexpensive way for grocery, shopping or restaurants. Both bathrooms have hot water showers and the two bedrooms have electric shutters for nice dark sleeping. Your host are both kind and respectful in communication and information. Florianopolis is a delightful destination and you have found one of it's shiny pearls.

The apartment is fantastic. It was super clean, the location is great and the view is even better. I highly recommend it.

Thanks to Paulo and Janet for their warm hosting. We were 3 adults with 1 child aged 6 and 2 twins aged 1.5 and they did everything to make us feel at home. Our twins were even able to benefit from a baby bed each! The house is perfect for a family, and very safe with young children (Thanks to Paolo for the small barrier that allowed our children to play safely in the patio). Ideal location: less than 15 minutes' walk to the beach area where you will find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, etc. A supermarket is also a few minutes' walk away, not to mention our favorite: an ice cream stick shop at the end of the street! Thanks again to Paolo and Janet, we recommend their accommodation 100%!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's viewpoint is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it...Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, with a spectacular sunrise view. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. Excellent location, very private and easy to access. The house was clean and well organized and we had a great stay. There is a grocery store and several restaurants nearby.

Excellent place, just like in the photos, Gabriel is a great host, he helped us a lot, we will definitely come back, close to pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, I recommend renting a vehicle to visit the entire island, 10/10.

We had a great stay at Steve's house. This house is about 10-15 minutes from Praia Mole and within minutes you are in the lively area around the lake. There are a lot of restaurants and bars. Douglas was phenomenal, he helped us a lot and drove us everywhere we wanted to go. We even went to a super rodizio restaurant together. Lena was also a great support and helped us with the laundry. Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs, which makes it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but that is just the impression given by the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and location were very good.

SIMONE IS ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AND AVAILABLE, THE PLACE IS VERY QUIET AND THE ACCESS TO THE BEACH IS FABULOUS. I'LL BE BACK ON MY NEXT VACATION.
