L'appartement est en rez de jardin exposé plein sud, à côté de la Cité Vauban à 5 minutes à pied des commerces. L'appartement ensoleillé est très calme avec un grand jardin et une magnifique terrasse en bois. Il est fonctionnel et plein de charme. Cet appartement est idéal pour un couple. Nous sommes desservis par les transports en commun (arrêt navette TGV et bus urbain à 3 minutes. Notre jardin verdoyant est reposant. Nous offrons une place de parking exclusivement réservée à l'appartement.

Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: immerso nella natura..a 10 minuti da Bricherasio e del centro di Luserna, parcheggio privato sulla soglia di casa. L'alloggio è dotato di stanze molto spaziose e luminose. E' possibile organizzare cene o costinate in giardino su richiesta e sotto la nostra supervisione, e se le condizoni meteo lo consentono. Parte del giardino è in condivisione. Inoltre si può godere del posto con passeggiate nei boschi oppure godersi il panorama nella zona relax.

Al Ratin

The “ Ratin “ ( which means " little mouse" in the local dialect ) is a hosting structure in the town of Susa ( Turin ). It is a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom . The bedroom and bathroom are part of the owners’ house but completely indipendent from it. The bedroom , with a mansard roof , can accomodate up to four people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free wi-fi and TV. Electric fan and mini-fridge. Free parking in private garage for a medium size car or four motorbikes.

La Cabane can accommodate up to 7 people. Linen is an optionnal service. The apartment's area is 55 m²+ 25 m² terrace Lying in a deckchair on the south-facing terrace, enjoy the panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains of the Southern Alps, without any vis-à-vis. Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

In the centre of the tiny village of Salbertrand, in the high Susa Valley, you'll find our family house where in 2014 we have restored this little charming apartment, trying to let you breath the typical mountain style in its interiors. 20 min by car to Bardonecchia or Sauze d'Oulx 30 min to Montgenevre 40 min to Sestriere The apartment is situated 5 min by walk from the Salbertrand railway's station. Perfect for couples.
