The front desk manager was really welcoming, we arrived closer to 12 and the room was ready for us to check in very quickly.Breakfast will be booked in advance and delivered directly to the door!The hotel is very close to the beach, just turn left at the door, it takes less than 3 minutes, but it is far from Hua Hin beach, we walked for about 30 minutes ~ My English is very poor, but the manager was especially patient and gave us a lot of travel tips!And we left the hotel the next day, and also helped us to call a songthaew, told us that there was no food at the bus stop, and directly took us to the restaurant next door. The room is fully equipped, and the large private terrace is also very good, but the only thing to note is that you must remember to paint to prevent mosquitoes on the balcony, because there are a lot of mosquitoes outside at night!

We stayed for one night and we liked the place a lot. Our room was very big, everything really comfortable, the sea in 3 min. walking distance and the breakfast delicious and a big portion. Also the staff was very friendly! We recommend it!😊

The place is clean, safe, the water heater, the master bedroom is a bit intimidating, maybe a little glitch on if you want to turn on the hot water, the pool is quite compact but is considered functional. The place is very close to the beach and it's about a 3-5 minute walk from the house, but it will be a bit far from convenience stores, the stores, if you have a car or a motorbike, it's easy to get around in the morning, it's a great place to walk to the beach. The area is quite close to the beach and it's OK. The people are quite close to the water. The appliances are broken but they won't have any bowls or electric pots and pans. The staff is nice to get in touch.

House is exactly as pictured and described. The very friendly staff are always on hand to assist with any questions. The house is located fairly central on the strip, short drive to most attractions and shopping centres.

I stayed for 28 days and would stay again. Great location, I walked everywhere. I appreciated living next to the locals across the street. The neighbor lady offers laundry washing. Love the pool, large kitchen area. The Wi-Fi was spotty for me in the upstairs room closest to the road. I appreciate the large space downstairs to work from my laptop.

Very pleasant small hotel right in the heart of Hua Hin. Despite being next to Walking Street and the city's loudest nightlife, it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The room is spacious, the bathroom nice and clean. The only thing I missed was a bedside light switch, I had to get up to turn off the lights. Other than that, a very enjoyable stay.

The location is perfect. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Hau Hin this stay is quiet and peaceful situated in a lovely Thai neighborhood yet very close and easy walking access to restaurants, shopping, safe nightlife, sprinkled among local markets, and neighborhoods restaurants. It makes exploring the area fun and accessible. My stay was so quiet and refreshing. The property is much of the same, peaceful, calm, and quiet. I highly recommend this stay. The staff were also incredibly accomidating and kind.

Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Shared outdoor spaces are nice and clean. The pool is refreshing. The staff is great. Would stay again. Close to many restaurants and massage shops. Great place to relax and not too far from the beach (10 minute walk).
