This listing is a hotel that is perfectly as described. It is not noisy and is well located in relation to the beach. great for a few nights close to night markets, train station and 30 m from soi 80 (500 m of bars and massages of all kinds...)

Great place for a "pit stop", or a romantic night. Would recommend

The house is very nice, spacious, good atmosphere, good view, but maybe someone is a little crowded when we go, there is a pickup truck to park at the sea at the beach in front of the house and turn on the noise in the little noise. The house is jammed at the upstairs bedroom, there is no bathroom, time to use the bathroom, you have to walk down the gas, the gas stove will be gas, the house is not a can of gas, and the swimming pool will go a little small. As for the maid service, overall it is good.

What an amazing little place to stay at. It's clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is tasty and Aurelio had great local recommendations. Would have loved to stay here for much longer. If I ever visit Thailand again, I'll make sure to stay here again.

Great nice little hotel with only 15 rooms. We've stayed here for 54 days and enjoyed every minute. The hotel is located in a quiet area with only 100 meters to Khao Takiab beach. The best beach in all of Hua Hin, we thought.. 😉 The room with direct pool access was lovely when you're exercise swimmers. The pool is 20 meters long and nice and clean. We had a view of a large golf facility where the sea can be heard and seen in the background. The garden at Bihai is beautiful and romantically lit at night. Perfect for a glass of wine and a game of cards 🥰 The breakfast supply is not the biggest but quite ok. Everything is freshly made and served by sweet and smiling staff. Cleaning is great in the hotel. The staff provide great service and make your stay a delightful experience. Large selection of great restaurants and food markets within walking distance. We love the hotel, the staff and the area. Hope the hotel in the future manages to preserve the spirit of this absolutely amazing place 🙏🏻 We'll be back ❤️😉 Huge hug Alex & Sus

Apartment is located on a side street. However, it is a few kilometers to the center of the city. The apartment has 2 floors is very spacious and was clean. Price was very cheap as 2 bedrooms with shower.

Nice, spacious room in a good location. Fairly quiet in Hua Hin due to low season but I enjoyed my stay. I recommend a stay at Art’s place.

The owner and all the other staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we saw the most beautiful places. I am in my 70s and can not walk long distances so they organised everything so that we could get to wherever we wanted. in addition they suggested places to go to that we would have known about by ourselves. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and decorated with a lot of taste. We would encourage anybody who is in this area to stay at this place.
