We had a very special stay at Francesco’s property and are grateful for his warm hospitality and support throughout. The setting is absolutely beautiful, tucked away in peaceful surroundings, and it was the perfect place for a memorable trip. Francesco was excellent to deal with — responsive, understanding, and very fair. He kindly arranged a partial refund when we were informed that the pool would be closed, which we really appreciated. His communication before and during our stay made everything easy and stress-free. While no stay is ever without small imperfections, it was clear that Francesco genuinely cared about making our experience as positive as possible. Thanks to his efforts, we were still able to enjoy a very important and special moment in a truly lovely location. We would happily recommend staying here and thank Francesco again for helping to make it such a memorable trip!

We stayed at this wonderful B&B and we can only recommend it to everyone! The property is beautiful, cared for in every detail and extraordinarily clean. The room is cozy and equipped with all possible amenities: WiFi, air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed. Another note of merit goes to the host, who was simply fantastic: very kind, always available. He made us feel truly welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable with his advice and warm hospitality.

A corner of paradise. You walk through the gate and find yourself immersed in a park of olive trees, oleanders, pines, and cypresses whose colors and scents accompany you in the living room and make you forget the outside world. You go down the little road that takes you to the lake, open the gate on the water, and nature welcomes you. You enjoy the lake in the lake. Roberto's house is simply unique for those who want to unwind. We already knew the surroundings and did not go hiking, but by car in a few minutes you can reach wonderful places such as Gargnano, Salò, Toscolano Maderno. An experience to be had!

The flat is really great. Exactly like the pictures. I’m always a little sceptical of pictures of the views and think “hmmm I’m sure they are taking the picture from a. Specific angle to make it like the view is nice”. But this time was totally not the case. The view is 100% open to the lake. No vis-vis or side block. You have full 180° view on the lake. Very quiet. Beautiful when you wake up! Fully equipped kitchen, squeaky clean bathroom. Also had a fresh coffee and a nice bottle of Prosecco int he fridge. Alice was super nice, pro active and super helpful. 100% recommend to anyone :)

Angiolina is a very friendly and caring host. She made us feel welcome right from the start, she kindly picked us up from the bus stop in San Zeno as we did not have a car. She was happy to answer our questions and gave us her number so we could contact her whenever we needed to during our stay. Angiolina’s place is in a beautiful, quiet, private location with lake and mountain views. The room was very clean and comfortable, surrounded by plants, flowers and nature in the forest. The property is close to walking trails up the mountain (gondola optional) or down to Casteletto- a beautiful little town. The walking tracks are steep in places, especially down to the lake and back up, so just be aware! A good workout! :) Angiolina gave us a physical map and explained the routes. Also loved meeting her 2 dogs, especially Tao who came to say hello sometimes, a lovely gentle dog. This was the most scenic Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The views are truly indescribable. The home is modern, well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookware, and the AC works very well. The check in process was very well described and there is a useful app/website that details everything about the stay. Highly recommend - wish we could had stayed for longer!

We had a very nice time at Lake Garda. Valentino and his very warm family made our stay wonderful. The apartment is spacious, clean and modern. We felt very comfortable, the views are a dream. We'd be happy to come back

What a peaceful property. We enjoy walking and everything we needed or wanted was easily accessible. The apartment is as described and the pictures are very accurate. We especially enjoyed the terrace and balconies. Lake Garda was the final stop on a three week trip to France and Italy and this was a perfect finish! We only wish we could have stayed longer.
