The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The apartment is a stone's throw from the sea, from chiaiolella beach, where you can enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk!Nearby there are all the main services from the restaurant to the supermarket and many other small shops . A peaceful setting only a few minutes far from the center ! 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus. Perfect location, away from the hustle and the smog of city center, for families with children, for people who prefer spacious places, sea view, garden and safe parking. Car is needed if you mind walking our private driveway 300 mt, a little uphill but with a wonderful view!
