The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!! Laburnum Cottage is a modernised annexe - see photos. Situated just outside Kington (at the bottom of a steep lane below Kington Golf Course) in the heart of walking country. We are close to Welsh border towns too. For walking - historic Offa’s Dyke is a few fields away. Penrhos Gin and British Cassis tours are near. Weobley and Brilley (where the film Hamnet was filmed) and Hay-on-Wye (book festival) are all a 20-minute drive away. Train stations are: Leominster or Hereford. Walkers welcome.

A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Bike storage on request, CCTV cameras on premises and free car park space provided.

Located very close to The Brecon Canal and theatre, 5 min level walk to Brecon town. Cwrt Nwylon is a private annex, en-suite bedroom with king size bed, lounge, dining area and kitchenette with tea, coffee making facilities, microwave . We live on site, so can help if required! we also have a small dog called Bella. The area is ideal for people who enjoy all types of county pursuits or just want to relax.
