Our stay at Mrs. Manuela was excellent! Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Sra Manuela is always very attentive, quickly returning our contacts. The location of the apartment is privileged, in front of the sea, allowing the view of a wonderful sunset and close to the shopping area with restaurants and convenience stores. It has a nearby parking lot. We are very happy with the location and we intend to return soon!

great location, easy access to the beach, loads of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. 20 minutes delightful walk to the transport to Porto. the apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view of the ocean as the pictures show. family of 4, enjoyed our stay. A beautiful apartment in a quite area of Póvoa withing easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes shops and supermarkets. Noel met us on check in and was on hand to answer any questions, the apartment was equipped with everything you needed for a great stay and a big thankyou for the lovely homemade cake wine and fruit😀

Unbeatable stay, the apartment was as shown in the photos, we were greeted by his son, very friendly and helpful, helping us to carry all our bags, which were not few! Very bright apartment, windows in all rooms, there was spectacular natural light! Nuno was always available in case we needed anything! We will definitely stay here again if we return to Póvoa do Varzim.

Our 4-day stay with my girlfriend was very pleasant. Marina, Linda and Delfim were very welcoming, warm, responsive for the good of our stay, and for our comfort. We had such an amazing, relaxing stay at this beautiful home. The location could not be better, we watched the sun set every night from the balcony. The place itself is pristine, beautifully decorated and felt like home. We cannot say enough about this amazing place! Couldn’t recommend more and hope to go back one day!

We loved our stay at Patricia’s in Vila do Conde. It was right between the old town, which is beautiful with some great bars and restaurants, and the fantastic beach which has plenty of room to pick your spot and have a bit of privacy. We are from Scotland and all of the Portuguese people we met were really friendly and helpful. It was a perfect balance for us of relaxation, museum and art visits and a city trip to Porto which was stunning. But very busy! We were glad we chose to stay in Vila do Conde. Thank you Patricia 💚

Excellent stay here! The apartment itself is beautiful with amazing light and very clean. It is in a great location right next to a lively street with restaurants and shops. It is walkable to most of the main attractions of Porto. The host is very responsive and the whole check-in process with the guest portal makes things clear and easy. She also checked in on us throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here, I would 100% stay here again.

Location was perfect and apartment was just as shown. We enjoyed the outside space. Host Immediately responded when we could not figure out how to operate the TV! Definitely would stay there again.

One thing I'm sure of, My honeymoon will be at the sugar mill house, no doubt!!! What an incredibly wonderful place, everything I needed. The views are surreal… I have no words to describe, just visit the mill house!!! 5 stars!!! Thank you to the team for the affection.

Much more than a very nice accommodation, Sonia gives all the tips and good addresses for a wonderful stay. It has everything you need, including a washing machine, dishwasher. Great!! Recommended.

absolutely perfect location in Porto for a first time visitor. we were on the very top floor (unit 6) and barely heard any other guests. very clean apartment with just what we needed for a short stay. thank you for the easy check in instructions! my only feedback for the hosts: we wished the hot tub was available passed 2030 — we sadly did not get to enjoy it due to our short trip. my rec for those looking to book: try a unit on a lower floor if you have large suitcases as it was difficult to lug ours all the way to the top (ended a long trip in morocco here so this was totally our own doing!) otherwise would definitely stay here again. Thank you Porto!

Very spacious and clean unit, friendly hosts, Porto was much better than I expected, beats Lisbon. 100% walkable to tourists attractions, great restaurants, stores, markets and so on. I would have loved to spend more time there.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, accommodating three couples with ease. The location is a peaceful coastal suburb a short taxi ride from the centre of Porto, and the extensive balcony provides stunning views of the ocean, particularly at sunset. It is the perfect place to return to after a busy day sightseeing in the city. The taxi journey is quick and easy, and we were able to enjoy the many attractions of this beautiful city, alongside the more relaxing atmosphere of the many bars within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is perfect for a group of friends to experience Porto.
