Charming 18th century house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes' drive from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

Accessible without steps to the second floor of a building, it is adjoining our home. It has a balcony and a small private garden. Its central location allows it to have the sea to the north, south and west between 12 and 20 minutes. This accommodation is unique in its exceptional environment on 4 ha, quiet and rejuvenating between forest, meadow and river.
