Central location in Pouilly-sur-Loire. Shops within walking distance (50 m, bakery and convenience store). Banks of the Loire for strolling 100 m away. Ideal for visiting the area (Charité-sur-Loire, Sancerre, Nevers) and touring a few winemakers. Nice and well-equipped house, with private parking in the courtyard.

Everything about the property was as described and communication with Terence and Pierre was very good. The location is right on the River Loire and we had a couple of lovely days in the area. Thank you Terence and Pierre for making our stay very enjoyable.
