Beautifully designed and incredibly well lit, with barrel vault ceilings. The building itself is protected as Slovak National Heritage. We offer a 64m2 sunny apartment located in the heart of the city, next to Michael’s Gate, a 3 min walk to the Main Square and 15 mins from the castle. The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. Mrakodrap má priamy vstup do najväčšieho Schopping Mall a cinema city. Nachádza sa pri cyklotrase pozdĺž rieky smerom do Maďarska , Rakúska a Karpát. Kleines Tiny House mit allem was man braucht und Klimaanlage. Es sollte trotzdem sorgsam mit den vorhandenen Ressourcen umgegangen werden! Badezimmer mit 50l Warmwasserboiler. Küche mit Kühlschrank/Tiefkühlfach, kleinem Backofen, 2 Herdplatten, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine. Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett /160 cm Breite. Darunter großer Stauraum. Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa für 1 Person. Eigener Zugang/Parkplatz. Garten unfertig und in Arbeit aber kein Lärm. Bei Fragen helfen wir immer gerne.

The apartment is on the edge of the pedestrian zone of the historic center of Bratislava. You can walk to the pedestrian zone within 3 minutes. The Danube riverbank is 3 minutes away. All historical monuments: Castle, st. Martin’s Cathedral, Main Square, Old Town Hall, etc. are less than 8 minutes walk away. Also, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The street on which the apartment is located is quiet. It is next to the park with a children's playground and a fountain.

The apartment is freshly completely renovated by architects (who are your hosts) , with the idea of preserving and restoring the original character. This unique 100 year old apartment building is located on Hviezdoslav Square - in the very centre of Bratislava. It is situated in a quiet courtyard which it shares with the Slovak National Gallery, which it also has a beautiful view of.
