With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. So we tried to give this house its very own charm and character. Living space: approx. 120 square meters Property approx. 600 sqm

The apartment is located in the basement of the hillside house in a secluded location. Due to the hillside location, the bedroom, kitchen and living room have daylight. The terrace is adjoined by a small lawn that is only used by this apartment.
