Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Heiliger See (bester Badesee Potsdams) ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay.
