A reserved parking space in the internal courtyard allows you to easily reach and explore the entire historic center on foot. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. In 2023, the entire building was completely insulated, ensuring an ideal climate in both summer and winter.

There is no elevator. Cleaning at each guest change. Paid or free street parking is not bookable. The common areas with other people are only the terrace (shared with Suite A) and the balcony.
