Monthly Rentals in Posto Vecchio

The apartment looks exactly as it appears in the photos and is in a great and clean condition. We had a great time relaxing. We liked the view of the sea (already at breakfast :-)) from the front terrace best. The location is great - we were here in the low season in October, so although several shops had already closed, we also had the beach almost to ourselves. Alessandro welcomed us in a very friendly way and was also very helpful and friendly with questions. We would love to come back and definitely recommend the apartment :-)

We stayed in Federica's apartment in Pescoluse in the first half of June. The location is spectacular: just a few steps from the beach of one of the best seas in Italy. The famous "Maldives of Salento" in person are even better than the splendor with which they are described in photos. The house: beautiful and functional, with an outdoor shower, which is one of my passions when I go to the beach. Cooking equipment is essential, but complete. The house also has another not inconsiderable quality, given the heat down there: it is a cool house! And then there are them: Mauro and Federica, two nice and welcoming people, always available, who make you feel right at home. I'll definitely be back!

We had a FANTASTIC stay at Alessandro's house, we felt very comfortable !!! We were welcomed by his parents, with clear directions, very helpful and kind! The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos, IMPECCABLE cleanliness He left us a crib, a high chair, sheets, baby towels and even toys!! The proximity to the beach makes the accommodation perfect I would definitely return and recommend it to friends!!

Beautiful terrace with sea views and outdoor shower. Tastefully made apartment with quality materials. 5-star welcome with a smile and a bottle of regional wine (and a bottle of cold water). Quick and easy communication with the host. The sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. High quality accommodation, highly recommend.
