Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; very clean bathroom, bed, sheets and wardrobe as well, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other facilities. Luca was a great host, we had a great stay. He was always proactive and very accessible, made us great suggestions and gave us tips. Very flexible check-in and checkout, thank you very much for that! The apartment is very great, spread over two floors, living room, kitchen and a bathroom as well as balcony downstairs, three bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. Each bedroom as well as the whole lower area were provided with their own air conditioning and the temperature was therefore well controllable, which was a big plus. Otherwise, everything is very clean and superbly equipped, we felt very comfortable immediately and can absolutely recommend the stay there, thank you very much!

we stayed for the May 1st bridge, in this apartment in the wonderful Abruzzo, impeccable cleanliness, convenient to all services restaurants, bars and pastry shops, large free parking a few meters from the apartment, excellent and comfortable bicycles available to travel 200 meters the beautiful bike path on the sea to Pescara and beyond.. it is practically located in the center of Francavilla al mare, I thank Nicola the host infinitely for the warm welcome late at night on the day of arrival, it seemed to meet a friend is not at all obvious nowadays. We'll keep it in mind!
