The house is 12.5 km from Porvoo city center. The place is quiet and peaceful. The forest is attached to the house. The nearest swimming beach is about 5 km away. In the house, there are many amenities. Toilet and bathroom are newly renovated. In the bathroom, there is an electric sauna. In the kitchen, there is a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. Towels and bed sheets are available.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nature is close. Good fitness opportunities (fitness trail 1.5 - 20 km also for mountain biking and skiing), swimming pool nearby. Restaurants and cultural offerings within walking distance. The apartment has its own entrance. Free parking in the yard. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, induction stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and cutlery. Free WiFi and HDTV. The laundry room has a washing machine and iron. Shampoo, shower soap and hand soap are included.

Charming Villa in the heart of Porvoo

The atmospheric and quiet Villa is located next to the old town of Porvoo in a lovely leafy single-family area. The centenary log-frame Villa is completely modernized inside and out with respect for the old. Downstairs is a hallway, living room (sofa bed 140cm wide), kitchen and bathroom with sauna. Upstairs there is a bedroom (double bed 160cm wide) and a lounge room for watching TV. There is a terrace in the yard for hanging out and barbecuing. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Walking distance to everywhere.

Modern waterfront cabin

Our cabin is newly renovated and comes with the luxuries you'd expect in a modern home — all while sitting right on the water with a private beach, two saunas (an electric one inside and a wood-heated one by the water). A separate smaller cabin with a queen bed, a small fridge, and a TV gives another couple (or your teen) privacy. The cabin is just a 15-minute drive from large grocery stores and all the shops and restaurants of the historic town of Porvoo, and only 45 minutes from the airport!

Villa Sjövalla Guesthouse

Kodikas ja rauhallinen, ilmastoitu yksiö/mökki meren rannalla n. 4 km Loviisan keskustasta. Erillinen pieni talo sijaitsee omistajan talon vieressä. Rakennettu 2023. Monipuoliset ulkoilu- ja liikuntamahdollisuudet lähimetsissä ja merellä. Perille pääsee myös pyörällä tai vaikka meloen. Loviisan keskustan palvelut lähellä (n.4 km). Huoneisto on pieni ja näppärä (n. 18m2) ja sopii siksi parhaiten 2 hengelle (lisäpatja mahdollinen lapselle). Suihkuun mennään ulkokautta, rantatohvelit on.

Vierasmaja maaseudulla

Vierasmajamme on 9 neliöinen piharakennus, josta löydät perus keittiövälineet. Talon perällä on ulkohuussi ja vieressä puilla lämpiävä sauna. Tunnelmaa tuo myös puulämmitteinen grilli. Huoneessa on patteri viileitä öitä varten ja tuuletin kuumuutta varten. Vanha kanala pysyy kyllä varsin viileänä kuuminakin päivinä. Meillä ja naapureilla on koiria, joten sinunkin koirasi ovat tervetulleita. Huomioi, että koirat voivat pitää ääntä päiväsaikaan. Huonekorkeus piharakennuksessa on 195 cm.

Tervetuloa suomalaisen onnellisuuden ytimeen: puhtaaseen luontoon, raikkaaseen ilmaan ja hiljaisuuteen, unohtamatta saunaa. Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua. Mökki sijaitsee taloni pihapiirissä. Ikkunoista näkyy meri ja ranta, mistä pääsee melomaan tai suppailemaan saaristoon ja Porvoon joelle. Ranta on matala. Uimiseen sopii parhaiten lähistöllä sijaitseva puhdasvetinen lampi. Alue on luonnonsuojelualue ja sopii hyvin luontoihmisille.

Want to enjoy a personal and tidy studio (34m2) in Loviisa city centre? This is it! The studio is located on the third floor of an apartment building (no elevator) close to a park and within walking distance from all services and shops. The apartment is well equipped with a dish washer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included for the stay. The bed is 140cm wide, the sofa bed has an extra mattress for comfort. Air mattress can be added.
