Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Porvoo

We had a wonderful one night stay at Veronica’s place. We loved the sauna and the atmosphere in the cottage in candle and moonlight, sitting by the fire. The cottage is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. There are other cottages nearby but it felt private and the view of the sea is beautiful. The grounds are rather difficult to get around and of course you have to be prepared for the lack of electricity or running water - but we knew that in advance. Water and firewood were well stocked, which was great. We would love to come back sometime!

We loved the house. It was vastly larger than we thought it would be the outdoor space was beautiful. It is a bit far from downtown Porvoo.

Quiet location. Convenient distance to the old town in Porvoo. Friendly host, very clean and well-equipped accommodation.

We spent the weekend with the band at Villa Wirgentius. The house was beautiful, spacious and there was a piano. The instructions were clear, Mikko was flexible and responded quickly to contacts. We got to practice and record songs in peace. We will definitely come back! :)

A peaceful and very comfortable place!

Arja's place in Myrskylä is wonderfully comfortable. Everything you need can be found here. Around the house are several walks possible and you have a direct view of the lake and the church. A lovely place. The house is more suitable for four people than for five.

Excellent accommodation: beautiful, neat, good location, quiet. Communication was easy and everything else worked. Nothing negative to say, we could come back. :)

Very kind and welcoming host. The place is in a lovely countryside area. The house reminded us of grandparents house. There’s a lovely river behind the house where you could bathe and it’s peaceful if you’re aim is to relax.

Your stay on short notice was a success - thank you so much for that! The apartment was a lovely property in Wanhan Porvoo, as promised. Plus points for a great double bed with the luxury of sleeping. In cool weather, woolen socks were necessary in the morning, but I'm sure the fireplace would have warmed up if the city dweller knew to light it.

Pekka was very accommodating and communication was smooth. Would recommend their place without hesitation.

A lovely place in the countryside with a beautiful landscape, charming old buildings, a great sauna and most of all: amazing and friendly hosts! We received valuable help from the hosts to make our stay memorable and wonderful! A perfect place for a small group of friends to spend a peaceful weekend. We had a stay that exceeded all expectations! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. The highlight is definitely the private pool, complemented by its own pier and a small beach, providing a perfect seaside retreat. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful and cozy house by the sea with a great view. I loved a lot on the deck! Good kitchen equipment, spices, dry goods, etc., and comfortable beds. There may be traffic from the boat dock next door and in the summer, not very private. However, during our stay, we just didn't see anyone, and we were left alone 😊

Sisko was super friendly and helpful and the place is absolutely beautiful. She made sure that we had everything that we needed. Beautiful location. Would love to stay again! ❤️

A spacious and atmospheric house renovated in beautiful seaside scenery with great respect for the old. Extremely well-equipped kitchen. Large deck with seating and dining area for many. On the beach, a spacious dock with chairs and “beach huts”. The house is brighter and more beautiful in reality than in the photos.

The place was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Overall a well-equipped home 👍🏻 Communication with Eetu worked well. Thanks for a great stay 😊
