Kodikas ja rauhallinen, ilmastoitu yksiö/mökki meren rannalla n. 4 km Loviisan keskustasta. Erillinen pieni talo sijaitsee omistajan talon vieressä. Rakennettu 2023. Monipuoliset ulkoilu- ja liikuntamahdollisuudet lähimetsissä ja merellä. Perille pääsee myös pyörällä tai vaikka meloen. Loviisan keskustan palvelut lähellä (n.4 km). Huoneisto on pieni ja näppärä (n. 18m2) ja sopii siksi parhaiten 2 hengelle (lisäpatja mahdollinen lapselle). Suihkuun mennään ulkokautta, rantatohvelit on.

Vierasmajamme on 9 neliöinen piharakennus, josta löydät perus keittiövälineet. Talon perällä on ulkohuussi ja vieressä puilla lämpiävä sauna. Tunnelmaa tuo myös puulämmitteinen grilli. Huoneessa on patteri viileitä öitä varten ja tuuletin kuumuutta varten. Vanha kanala pysyy kyllä varsin viileänä kuuminakin päivinä. Meillä ja naapureilla on koiria, joten sinunkin koirasi ovat tervetulleita. Huomioi, että koirat voivat pitää ääntä päiväsaikaan. Huonekorkeus piharakennuksessa on 195 cm.

Studio Garden -vierasmaja, Sipoo

Kauniiksi sisustettu studio ympärivuotiseen majoitukseen Sipoon Eriksnäsissä omakotitalo alueella. Vierasmajassa on oma sisäänkäynti, ennen sisäänkäyntiä on pienet rappuset ja makuuparvelle jyrkähköt portaat. Säädettävä ilmanvaihto, tuuletin, tuuletus-ikkuna ja maalämpö lattialämmityksellä. Huomioithan seinänaapurin. Soveltuu 1-2 henkilölle. Talon patio ja piha ovat käytettävissä. Söderkullan keskustaan on matkaa n. 3 km, Jumboon ja lentokentälle n. 25 km, Porvooseen n. 20 km.

Tervetuloa suomalaisen onnellisuuden ytimeen: puhtaaseen luontoon, raikkaaseen ilmaan ja hiljaisuuteen, unohtamatta saunaa. Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua. Mökki sijaitsee taloni pihapiirissä. Ikkunoista näkyy meri ja ranta, mistä pääsee melomaan tai suppailemaan saaristoon ja Porvoon joelle. Ranta on matala. Uimiseen sopii parhaiten lähistöllä sijaitseva puhdasvetinen lampi. Alue on luonnonsuojelualue ja sopii hyvin luontoihmisille.

Soiniityn kartano Kyra's room

This room is named after the successful jockey Kyra Kyrklund. Kyra was the goddaughter of the previous housekeeper, Anita. Kyra spent a lot of time in Soiniitys as a child and found her love for horses in Soiniitys. Once upon a time, Kyra had an accident with the cold-blooded Irja-oak in Soiniity; she fell off the horse and hurt her hand. The room has a lot of horse-themed items, such as the riding boots of the host's grandfather, the Jaeger Colonel Bjarne Nordenswan.

A 40m2 log cabin with modern amenities, a 40-minute drive from Helsinki. About a 20-minute drive to Porvoo. Peaceful location in the countryside, large sunny terrace with an expansive view, in the summer there is also a grill canopy available. The air source heat pump heats and cools. A yard sauna completed in May 2025 is also available. Lake and boat whale about 100 meters away. The sandy beach of the municipality is within walking distance (about 600m).

The studio is located on the third floor of an apartment building (no elevator) close to a park and within walking distance from all services and shops. The apartment is well equipped with a dish washer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included for the stay. The bed is 140cm wide, the sofa bed has an extra mattress for comfort. Air mattress can be added.
