Estes apartamentos terminaram a sua reabilitação total em Novembro 2022, tendo sido utilizados materiais atuais, cama de casal, cozinha equipada.

Sereia Garden Apartments

O apartamento (com garagem no mesmo edifício) fica a cerca de 500 metros da Universidade de Coimbra e do centro histórico da cidade, a 400 metros do Jardim Botânico e a 50 metros da Praça da República. Tem vistas para o Jardim da Sereia, com fácil acesso a transportes públicos, atividades para famílias e vida noturna. Vai adorar o nosso apartamento por ser muito confortável, acolhedor e por estar muito bem equipado. Este apartamento é ideal para casais, famílias e viajantes de negócios.

1 bedroom apartment. Although it´s ideal for a couple, it can accommodate a extra guest in the living room sofa-bed. Located in the center the newly World Heritage area, this apartment is the best starting point to discover the city of Coimbra. The university is a 5 minutes walk, and the city comercial area is a 1 minute walk. Small restaurants, fado houses, bars, a national museum and small groceries shops are all at hand. This family managed apartment is located at street level.

The perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and seclusion: Casa Do Vale, or "House Of The Valley" is a luxury 1 bedroom home in the heart of Central Portugal. Located at an altitude of 470m, the house boasts stunning views of up to 50 miles on a clear day. Recently restored to a high standard, the guesthouse comes complete with a private wood-burning hot tub (October-May) that can be a plunge pool in summer and a larger shared swimming pool that can be private upon request.

The Patio Houses are in the heart of the historic center of Coimbra, on an unexpected courtyard located on Rua Fernandes Thomaz, inside the old Coimbra wall, just a few meters from one of the doors of the medieval city, the Arco de Almedina, the picturesque Coast breaker and the monumental Sé Velha. The Houses result from the restoration in 2022 of the building of the old Correio-mor, the first postal service in Portugal, created in 1520 by King D. Manuel.

The apartment is located in the historic part of the city, wich is a UNESCO heritage and 5 minutes from University, Praça da República, Baixa and Museu Machado Castro. From this apartment you can get by walk to all the mainly interest points of the city.

Enjoy a stay in our garden hut—a simple, minimalist space with WiFi (optional) and electricity via an extension cable. Perfect for a quiet getaway or as a digital workspace. Our house is on the same property, with two more guest rooms, a shared kitchen, bathroom, and a dry composting toilet in the garden. We provide a mosquito net in summer and an electric heater in winter.
