NORTH - 59 The Promenade, Portstewart

We were traveling as a multi-generational family of 7. Everyone, from the teenagers to the grandparents, loved our stay at this place! It was a convenient landing spot for exploring the area and was a nice place to sit, relax, and watch the water through the windows. Lisa was very responsive when we had a few questions and provided some good suggestions. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out a bit and the ability to use laundry facilities was handy after we'd already been traveling for several days. We were a little sad to leave....such a lovely spot!

A serene beach scene features gentle waves lapping against a sandy shore. Wooden posts line the beach, partially submerged in shallow water, leading the eye toward the distant coastal town under a clear blue sky with scattered clouds.

By The Coast, Portstewart | The Open 2025

This is a beautiful house in a great location. It is well kitted out with everything that we needed. All the rooms are spacious and beautifully bright. It has a lovely peace, relaxed feeling. The back garden is fully enclosed and lovely to sit in for quiet cuppa or to read. There is private parking at the side of the house for 2 cars and all the local amenities are within a 20 min walk. Jayne provided all the information we needed, in good time and there was a handy printed back up at the house to enable an independent stay. We had a really lovely, relaxed stay and would definitely book this house again if we were visiting the north coast.

Julie is a geg, she had us laughing with her North Coast charm and amicable personality. We were like ships in the night during our stay but she made sure we were well taken care of, comfortable, and informed. I would have zero hesitations about staying again. Thank you!

Our favourite Airbnb! Spotlessly clean and such a beautiful cosy home, decorated to a high standard with everything you need. Very convenient to the train and beach in a relaxing quiet location. Lots of beach and woodland walks nearby - especially recommend The Black Glen and Downhill Demesne . We loved every minute and we’ll be back!😊

SeaBreeze Portstewart

As the photos show, the house is beautifully fitted and maintained. It's a roomy, comfortable three bedroom house on the edge of Portstewart with good parking. We were provided with some welcome treats - home made bread and buns - which we enjoyed. It's an ideal base for touring the north coast.

Luxurious Golf & Beach Retreat

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Connie's property was a pleasure to stay in and perfect for our family of varied age group. The teenagers loved the cinema group and the jacuzzi bath was a hit. The view from the living room is spectacular and the location ideal for both the beach and walks to Portstewart. The house is really well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Thank you, Connie!xx
