I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is generous - plenty of room, well appointed, all manner of kitchen accoutrements, many touches of luxury - a real home away from home. The house was perfect for our gathering of family and friends. Although the weather was too cool to use the pool, it was lovely to gaze upon it from the living room. It is a short stroll from the bay and the Sorrento shops. Leanne was easy to communicate with and always answered our queries quickly. I highly recommend Leanne's place for a group gathering!

We had an amazing stay with 4 kids and 4 adults. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and provided hours of entertainment for our kids. The location provided easy access to surrounds.

We travelled as a group of 4 adults with 2 kids. The house is gorgeous, in a great location and with everything you could possibly need. We loved our stay and made great use of the beautiful tennis court (for tennis and improv pickle ball!). Nikki is a great host, with clear and friendly communication. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Jason’s house! The place is beautifully set up with every facility you can think of — and even the ones you didn’t think you needed! Both adults and kids had a great time, with something for everyone. The 5 ensuite bedrooms made our group gathering super convenient and comfortable. Jason was also incredibly responsive — always quick to reply and easy to reach for any questions. We’re already looking forward to coming back next time!

Had another great stay at Lisa’s place! We can’t get enough of the fire and the real plants… rare for bnbs unfortunately. Lisa was very responsive, helpful and accomodating. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything that Sorrento has to offer. The main street shops, restaurants and trendy hotels are merely 2 minutes walk away, not to mention the beach and ferry terminal. I highly recommend this property. Checking in was a breeze. We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

We had a wonderful stay at Ria's place. The house is exactly like the photos, beautiful, luminous and well equiped. It has everything you need (even an office!). Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
