At the beginning of 2021, we renovated the semi-detached house and furnished it in a modern way and are looking forward to our first guests. In the garden there is a climbing frame, table tennis table and a barbecue. The covered terrace with large table invites you to eat together. A fully equipped kitchen, large living-dining area and small bathroom are located on the ground floor and three double bedrooms, a children's room with bunk bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet on the 1st floor.

Bus stop is 300 meters away. Lake Wörthersee is accessible all year round, in summer the beach bathing entrance is included. Only accessible by stairs.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
