Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

Portobello is the perfect place to relax and spend a vacation in nature. The house is less than a 200-meter walk to the beach of Baia dell'Amore. Located close to all the amenities of the Park, it enjoys great privacy with an open view of the internal vegetation. Sheltered from the mistral, it allows you to experience the patio, making it a perfect place to relax, especially in the afternoon. Portobello is a safe place, with 24-hour guards and no access for non-residents.

Small country house in northern Sardinia

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

The house consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, living room with open-plan American kitchen. Outdoor patio with dining table with benches, deck chairs, shower and sea view. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and washing machine. Inside the park there are several beaches and coves where you can swim, and there is also a supermarket and a bar.

We also organize boat trips to the archipelago of La Maddalena to learn about the islands' history and nature.
