Concediti solo il meglio in questo appartamento raffinato e curato, dove il moderno contrasto tra grigio, nero e bianco incontra le calde tonalità del parquet in legno, per un'esperienza che appaga la vista e non solo. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a three-family house. It has a balcony of about 6 square meters and a room with a wash cabinet. The interior of the apartment consists of: -Kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, electric fan oven, microwave, induction hob, a hood, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine , dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, various cooking utensils. -A living area, always in the same room of the kitchen, there is a sofa and a Led TV (via Satellite). Netflix -A bedroom, with a double bed and bedside tables, an armchair and a spacious wardrobe. -Bathroom, modern, with bidet, toilet, sink with mirror and finally a spacious shower with thermostatic mixer and light for chromotherapy. Guests can access any part of the apartment. I will be available to welcome them and help them in case of problems or needs. The location is in a separate wing of an old rural house (recently restored ) located in a characteristic ancient hamlet on the Lake Maggiore It is composed of a living, an old-style comfortable kitchen , two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a 4-5 people family. The living room faces a little garden in a courtyard where it is good to relax and picnic. "... se non son matti, non li vogliamo...". Ci troviamo in una via remota e tranquilla della Frazione Mombello di Laveno, a 3 Km dal lago, ma lo dominiamo dalla collina con una bellissima vista.
