We are a 5-minute walk from downtown Arraial D'Ajuda, where you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, health center, craft fair and the famous and charming Rua do Mucugê, where the best bars and restaurants are located. On the street of the condominium we have a gas station, beverage distributor, grocery store, greengrocer and fruit shop. From the property to Mucugê Beach is a 15-minute walk.
