Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and exclusive place to stay. There are 3 suites on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom with full bathroom on the ground floor. All bedrooms with 32" SmarTV and living room with 65" SmarTV. Rooms and rooms/kitchen with air conditioning. Private barbecue area and deck. An internal private parking space. Electricity is paid separately (R$1.50/kWh). The guest is not allowed to use the barbecue of the gourmet area of the condominium. Voltage: 220v. Use of the Condo's gourmet area: R$180.
