Tania Villa was even better than the pictures showed. The villa had plenty of space both inside and out. The location was secluded and with the pool and tennis courts/football pitch, offered plenty of things to do. The host was responsive and accommodated our needs, including being flexible with our check-in requirements. Thanks for a great stay!

Host Giovanni was extremely accommodating, always responding almost immediately, giving us valuable advice on anything we needed help with. The accommodation was absolutely perfect, I could imagine such a house by the sea. We felt right at home there. The sea was about a 7-minute walk from the house. Everything was special for us, even the weather turned out great, just awesome. Absolutely flawless. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I chose to stay at Moreno's with a small group of friends, we were super satisfied with our stay. Clean house and always precise directions from Moreno, who actively responds to any need. Great location for the beach and downtown. We will keep it in mind for our future stays in Caorle. 🙂

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa just outside Venice. The house was stunning & spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a huge garden and a lovely swimming pool that we could use day or night. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for laid-back evenings with friends. The host truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Communication was excellent, fast, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even kindly offered to pick us up from Venice airport, which was such a nice gesture. Since we arrived late and were very hungry, they thoughtfully arranged for fresh, hot pizzas to be waiting for us when we got there—such a wonderful touch! It was the perfect holiday escape, and my friends and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Top modern equipped house, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, large pool, lots of privacy, huge living area, close location, many beautiful swimming spots, uncomplicated landlord contact.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The decor was appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

We had a terrific stay - the location of the house is stunning with views over the water; the pool was clean and refreshing; and the house was comfortable, well appointed and well laid out. The beach just 2 minutes walk was great for salt water swimming (and easy paddle board rentals) and Piran with its cafes, restaurants and winding Venetian alleyways is a leisurely 10-15 minute stroll along the water. Katja was a fabulous host - super responsive to all inquiries before and during our stay and helpful with local suggestions (and even volunteered to refresh the house for us.) I highly recommend Villa Ella to anyone considering a stay on this beautiful part of the Istrian coast! Our stay could not have been any better!

Top place to stay - we felt at home from the first moment and would come back any time. The hosts thought of everything in the amenities, there was even salt/pepper, oils and vinegar as well as a really generous coffee supply. But even with dishes and cooking utensils, there was nothing. There were also plenty of towels, sunscreen and gel spray several times. The location is really fantastic - a small supermarket (including cafe) is within walking distance and has a well-stocked assortment & always fresh bread. Even larger supermarkets are only about 10 minutes by car. During our holiday week, it had over 30 degrees throughout and the existing air conditioning cooled more than enough if needed.

We spent our family vacation in this gem and were all enthusiastic about the place. Great sporting activities could be done from the property (biking, jogging), and then you could relax comfortably by the pool or compete in a table tennis tournament. By car or bike you can reach everything you need in a few minutes (supermarket, bakery). There is also plenty to discover and do in the area. Highly recommend!

A dream stay in Poreč! Can't say enough good things about my stay at this wonderful Airbnb in Poreč! From the first minute we felt at home here. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The place itself was an absolute highlight. Clean, modern and tastefully decorated, a kitchen that left nothing to be desired, it offered everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The regional supermarket is 4 minutes away by car. It is a small bit further to the sea, but this is also completely in order. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants to have a memorable stay with friends near Poreč.

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. We enjoyed the stay at Goran’s home. Close to the beach, famous towns, restaurants and shops by car. The pool was refreshing and my dogs enjoyed the house as well, as it was 100% fenced so they could run free.

A very nice house, in 5 minutes you are at the beach and the pool area was also very nice and clean. The shopping was also nearby. Fully equipped apartment, cleaning supplies were sufficiently available. Everything was very nice and appealing.

Amazing views incredible place to stay so relaxing best

Gianna was the perfect host, I cannot fault at all. I asked her for some provisions which she happliy arranged and there was a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. I personally loved the location, it was very quiet and just what I wanted. You will need a car to get around. The beach/shops/market is around 10/15 mins drive. There are restaurants 5 mins away. We did a day trip to Pula to see the amphitheatre and also to Rovinj to see the 'old town'. The pool was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped we didn't need anything. It was very hot in Croatia last week, downstairs had ac and one of the bedrooms, I would have melted at night without it. I would happily go back again.

We (family 7 adults + 1 child) were consistently satisfied with the house. All as described. Very well equiped kitchen. Ideally prepared for children with travel cribs, toys, etc. We were actively warned of a storm and then checked on. Problems resolved immediately and everything always super friendly and accommodating.

Visited Alessio's place over a week around New Years Eve. Had a beautiful stay, everything worked smoothly. The house is conveniently located ~1.5h from skiing in the Dolomites, ~1.5h from Venice and ~1h from Verona. Selection of grocery stores are ~10min drive away and Garage has charger for electric vehicles. Each room has its own bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. We all loved our stay! We spent five two weeks at the house. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well furnished. You felt right at home. The possibility to bathe in the pool at any time is perfect. This is not huge, but you can swim there comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so extra cutting boards or knives are superfluous. For a stay of two weeks, all beds were made once again. Otherwise, several very good restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity on foot. In the village itself there is a small bakery, as well as a greengrocer. The next larger supermarkets are then all in Umag themselves (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Conclusion: Very nice stay!
