Vacation rentals with beach access in Porto Santa Margherita

Die Unterkunft war toll - sehr sauber und die Lage zum Meer wirklich super. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber und war jederzeit erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft waren sogar ein paar Getränke und Snacks vor Ort, toll falls man auch mal später ankommt und nichts mehr einkaufen kann. Auch der große überdachte Balkon ist super, da wir am ersten Tag etwas Regen hatten und die Kinder so trotzdem draußen spielen konnten. :-) Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Un departamento increíble en una zona tranquila alejada de la zona turística, pero accesible a la misma vez. Fue muy satisfactorio hospedarnos aquí, es mejor y más hermoso de lo que se ve en las fotos. Si vienes a Venecia ¡tienes que quedarte aquí! Gracias Marta por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Der Kontakt mit Michele war freundlich und Michele war immer schnell erreichbar. Michele hat proaktiv kommuniziert und alles war wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem kann man zu Fuß den Strand und das Zentrum rasch erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum. Schon bei der Ankunft punktet sie mit einem privaten Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück — direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist auch bequem per Aufzug erreichbar. Perfekt für schweres Gepäck. Dort angekommen erwartet einen eine makellos saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, in der man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen: In weniger als drei Minuten erreicht man eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten – und sogar der Strand liegt nur einen Sprung entfernt. Das absolute Highlight ist der wundervoll grosse Balkon: mit traumhafter Aussicht, ruhiger Atmosphäre und sogar einem Hauch Meerblick. Wir haben uns alle in diesen Ort verliebt – der perfekte Platz, um den Tag entspannt zu beginnen und ausklingen zu lassen. This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

This place is amazing! Views were fantastic and the pictures cannot do them justice. I like that it is out of the way a bit. Felt very private, but still close enough to walk to all the sites. Ilaria and her husband were great and gave really good recommendations on restaurants throughout the city. They even give an easy to follow guide book. Completely worth the price!

Tanja e Darko ci hanno accolto in modo amorevole. Sorridenti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci hanno coccolato offrendoci prodotti del loro territorio e un’ottima merenda preparata da Tanja. L’alloggio è estremamente curato e pulitissimo, con aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio e un piccolo giardino recintato perfetto per viaggiare col proprio cane. Situato in zona tranquilla e comoda a raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Raggiungibili a piedi anche un minimarket, il panificio e un ristorante. Consigliatissimo! Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

Perfect home to stay

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

Bellissimo appartamento, in una posizione molto tranquilla. Cucina e bagno attrezzati, è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Purtroppo la sera a Burano non ci sono molti posti aperti, sarebbe stato meglio organizzarsi per cenare a casa. Con i bambini bisogna stare attenti alla scala che è un po’ esposta. Super consigliata!

Great AirBnB with everything you could need. Lots of thoughtful touches and extras by the host Stefania who was so welcoming and went the extra mile. We felt very comfortable with enough privacy but Stefania was always on hand straight away if we needed anything. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is lovely for dining, sunbathing and kids playing.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage direkt beim Meer Boris war immer gut erreichbar und verständnisvoll Der Check-In war simpel und ist schnell gegangen Das Design/die Ausstattung passt perfekt für einen Urlaub am Meer.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind die Tennis und Padeltennis Plätze. Auch die Tennisbar ist direkt neben an. wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal bei Jasna & Vlado und fühlen uns in Dajla sehr wohl. Meee ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Konoba mit leckerem Essen noch näher. Bäckerei ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Jasna und Vlado kann man jederzeit kontaktieren und sie sind immer freundlich.

Ich war mit meiner Familie für 1 Woche da. Die Lage ist einfach Top. Das Auto direkt vor der Tür in einem Privatbereich. Der Strand 40 Meter entfernt. Sehr sauber, sehr freundlich, schnelle Rückmeldung bei fragen. Durch die Zentrale Lage konnte man direkt auf die Promenade. Immer wieder gerne.

Watersdoor was the highlight of our Italian honeymoon! At the start of our stay, Maria and her daughter were very friendly and greeted us to show us the way to the condo. Upon our arrival, the candles, mini bottle of champagne, and rose petals were such nice touches. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has all that you need for a stay in Venice. The washer/dryer came in handy as well! Maria provided excellent recommendations (e.g., restaurants, transportation suggestions, sights, special events in the area, etc.) throughout our trip. Maria made our honeymoon a memorable experience and we are very grateful!!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Bei Fragen haben wir über Stefania schnelle Antwort erhalten. Die Wohnung einschließlich der Terasse war sehr schön. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!!

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !
