Apartment vacation rentals in Porto Santa Margherita

Simply the best. We’ve stayed in quite a few airbnbs and rate Alberta’s apartment as one of the best we’ve enjoyed. What made our stay so enjoyable was the great location, beautiful decor, spotless everything and Alberta’s genuine friendly manner. We loved our two days in Treviso and plan to return to Alberta’s stunning apartment in the future.

Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

Very nice location of the complex with large pool. Very friendly and fast support from Gabriela, from whom we also received great tips for shopping in the village. The furnishings of the apartment are a bit simple, but this fits the price level. The path to the village and the beach goes a short distance along a country road. We spent a very nice week in the complex!

I was very pleasantly surprised and felt at home from the 1 minute. Order and cleanliness 5 stars. In the same house on the 2nd floor live Daniele's parents, who are very friendly and helpful. With a clear conscience, I can only recommend it.

We wanted to visit Padua & Venice. Great place to stay to visit both cities! Appartement felt like home, very safe, everything we needed was there. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, good shower,… would book again! 😊

Everything as described, the accommodation is really in a very quiet place but very close to the beach and various services. Luigi was very helpful and precise.

Andrea is great host. Fast reply and solve all our needs. Apartment is nice and fully equipped. Close to the beach. There is a lot of city events in the evenings to enjoy local atmosphere. Supermarkets available if you prefer to eat own meal and restaurant or pizza slices take away at each corner (highly recommended) 🙂👍

My family and I stayed with Chiara for the second time and we were thrilled again. For us, it was a nice time there. The accommodation is ideal as the sea and the beach are within walking distance, as well as restaurants, a small supermarket or the ice cream parlor. The apartment offers everything you need for everyday life, now even luxury with a dishwasher :-) Chiara has repeatedly welcomed us and is there with advice if you need anything. This was not our last visit to her!

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

The contact with Michele was friendly and Michele was always quickly available. Michele communicated proactively and everything was as shown in the pictures and in the description. The apartment is quiet and yet you can quickly reach the beach and the center on foot. I'd love to come back.

Finding the apartment was very simple. We were greeted by Giuseppe and Paola, very kind and interesting hosts, and check-in was quick. This is a small cozy apartment with a kitchen-living room and a separate bedroom. We felt right at home. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking and small important things like salt, pepper, sugar, and so on. Upon arrival, we appreciated having a bottle of cold water from the refrigerator because it was very hot. There is also a small patio where you can sit with a cup of coffee. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect. A big advantage for us was the availability of a washing machine. The apartment is equipped with wifi and works very well. There is free parking in front of the house. There is a supermarket a five-minute walk from the house. We'd love to come back here again!

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.

Eugenia and her mother are very warm and friendly people. Communication was straightforward and flawless. Eugenia was courteous and flexible both at check-in and check-out, and I would like to thank her again at this point. The apartment is very clean and lacks nothing, that's how Airbnb should be. I will definitely book with Eugenia again if I am nearby. I recommend this place with a clear conscience.

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I am still dreaming about the view from the windows! An ideal base to explore Venice and cozy sanctuary to return to, exactly as described—clean, charming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Caterina was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth stay. Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect. Close enough to explore the best of Italy, but tucked away just enough for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming Italian experience.

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Staying with Marco was a pleasure. He was quick to respond to any questions and always helpful. The home was cozy, clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet conveniently close to a ferry stop. It featured two separate bedrooms, which was especially handy for our group. A great option for larger groups. Highly recommend
