We just spent our holidays in this apartment with attention to detail, equipped with all possible comforts. Upon arrival we found the accommodation perfectly clean, tidy and very fragrant. Rosaria proved to be very helpful and kind in organizing the spaces with us, having needs for our 5-year-old. Convenient parking is easily available on the street in front of the apartment, we moved by car to reach the beach but if you want there are equipped beaches within walking distance in maximum 5 min. Absolutely to be recommended and an experience to be repeated!!

Exceptional experience. Wonderful host. A charming house with soundproof windows, a laundry area, and a garage for beach toys and bicycles. Everything perfect. Apartment 3 minutes from the sea. All amenities on the doorstep. Practically in the center. Apartment with all the comforts and super clean, cozy. An experience to be repeated.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Angela was great! We got there very early and she welcomed us fairly early in the morning. She also supplied us with lots of tips for sites and restaurants.

This was my second stay here and I hope to stay here whenever possible during my visits to Italy. Senigallia is a lovely little seaside town that has not had the overwhelming crowds that a lot of seaside towns have. The apartment is immaculately clean and furnished with absolutely everything one could need! It isn't a large apartment, yet there is plentiful storage for luggage and supplies for any length of stay. The large beautiful terrace doubles the space and has wonderful views of the beach and sea. The real reason I love it so much though is because of Maria, Diego, and little Tommy. They are absolutely the best hosts I could ever imagine. You can tell that they want their guests to be comfortable and happy and to have the best stay possible. I'm so thankful for how welcoming they are and look forward to seeing them again as much if not more than I'm looking forward to my next Italian vacation!

Going to a place you don't know and being welcomed as a dear friend you've always known makes a big difference. Silvano and Isabel did a great job of making our stay perfect and unforgettable. A newly renovated apartment, spacious and very clean, located practically a few meters from the sea, which allows you to park and forget about your car, because what you need is all within walking distance. A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We were 2 adults and 2 children (aged 7 and 1) and we were comfortably at Ilaria's house. She welcomed us in person and was very kind, responsive and helpful with the schedules. There was a high chair in the house but not a cot (as indicated): we brought a camping cot that we always kept open in the living room, without disturbing. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything you needed. The garden is really large, with the possibility of eating outside, but in the house it was cooler (without turning on the air conditioning, which was available anyway). In Grottammare, having a house near the sea also means having the railway that literally passes behind the house: here it was not a problem because the sound was quite muffled by the barriers but above all there were no vibrations in the house. For the car, a private parking space is available. As for the sea and beach, they are really super! The free beach is also a short walk away. So, great experience, thanks Ilaria!

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.
