Éramos 2 adultos e 2 crianças, e fomos em outubro. O local é residencial e tranquilo. O apartamento é novo, com bons eletrodomésticos, utensílios de cozinha, camas, banheiro e estava bem limpo. Há lava-louça, e pode-se cozinhar tranquilamente. Há estacionamento gratuito na rua. Não tivemos dificuldade de estacionar, embora em alguns dias não foi possível deixar o carro em frente ao apartamento. Utilizamos o local para visitar San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno e Senigallia. Giovanna foi uma excelente anfitriã. Recomendamos o local.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen – Danke, Christiano! Unser Aufenthalt bei Christiano war von Anfang bis Ende einfach rundum gelungen. Die Unterkunft war in einem tadellosen Zustand – blitzsauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man spürt sofort: Hier kümmert sich jemand mit echter Hingabe um seine Gäste. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die warme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet, sodass wir sofort abschalten und den Aufenthalt genießen konnten. Auch kleine Details wie frische Handtücher, eine aufgeräumte Küche und liebevoll hergerichtete Räume haben das Gefühl vermittelt, willkommen zu sein. Christiano selbst war ein herausragender Gastgeber: immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich. Er hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, nicht einfach nur Gäste zu sein, sondern wirklich willkommen zu sein – das ist leider nicht überall selbstverständlich. Ivana e suo marito ci hanno accolti e "coccolati". Tantissima attenzione ai dettagli e cura per ogni nostra possibile necessità. L'alloggio era impeccabile. Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno e non siamo riusciti a fruire di tutte le comodità offerte come ad esempio l'accesso alla spiaggia e la disponibilità di ombrellone. Consigliatissimo come base per esplorare i dintorni!

Lucia è stata gentile e premurosa prima e durante il nostro soggiorno; si è preoccupata dell'orario di arrivo facendosi trovare all'accoglienza con una caraffa di acqua fresca e un cesto di frutta. L'appartamento corrispondeva alle descrizioni dell'annuncio; nonostante le giornate calde non abbiamo sofferto la mancanza di aria condizionata, sopperendo con i ventilatori presenti. La cucina è davvero completa, non manca nulla come pure in bagno e nelle camere. La spiaggia si trova a non più di 10 minuti di cammino, e nelle vicinanze si trova un piccolo alimentari, un pastificio, una panetteria, una pescheria e un bar tabacchi. Valida soluzione per una vacanza a Grottammare.

A nice apartment in the heart of the old town just along from the piazza and just around the corner from the school. Modern and nicely decorated TV room that matches the photos which was very relaxing. Great host who was very prompt to sort out any queries or problems. The apartment is on the top floor so there are a few stairs to climb and there is no lift, but the host kindly assisted with bags. A very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Recanati.

Servizio ottimo, alloggio curato e pulito. Siamo stati accolti con ogni tipo di dettaglio possibile e utile al soggiorno. L'host Ferruccio è stato disponibile, cortese e attento alle nostre richieste. Consiglio vivamente.

Once again it was a lovely and very relaxing stopover with Graziella and Graziano. A warm welcome and a personal farewell with a chat about dogs and life. We always feel very welcome and would love to come back soon. It is a quiet location and everything is clean and tidy and our dog also feels at home here.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda, perfetta per spostarsi facilmente nei dintorni, e allo stesso tempo silenziosa, garantendo un soggiorno ideale per “staccare la spina”. L’appartamento é perfetto se viaggiate con un amico a quattro zampe e un punto di forza è sicuramente il giardino, tranquillo e ben tenuto, ideale per rilassarsi. We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

I cannot express enough positive sentiments about Sara and Giacomo. They are exceptionally warm, responsive, and friendly hosts. The house is brand new, modern, and spacious, with every comfort and need thoughtfully anticipated. We were the first guests to stay in this newly finished property and truly enjoyed our time in Le Marche. The house is ideally located on a peaceful, quiet country road, with a view of the ancient city of Osimo in the distance. It is the perfect base for exploring Le Marche, which offers beautiful medieval villages nearby and easy access to the sea. After a long day of exploring, returning to such a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped home was wonderful. Sara was always available and extraordinarily responsive to any questions or requests for recommendations. She is truly delightful. It’s clear that Sara and Giacomo want to create something special, and they have indeed succeeded. I highly recommend staying here.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

La ubicación es buena puedes ir en auto o a pie , (15 a 20 min) tanto a la playa como a supermercado, restaurantes y de más, pero ten en cuenta que por las noches se escucha el sonido de la autopista aunque tengas todo cerrado, la zona es segura y tranquila, el departamento es tal cual las fotos, es amplio y dentro de todo es cómodo, se puede cocinar sin problema, también funciona la lavadora y lava vajillas, el baño tiene ducha completa pero no hay bidé, la cama no es muy dura pero hace mucho ruido cuando te mueves sobre todo si eres pesado, no hay aire acondicionado y en tiempo de calor definitivamente es necesario sobretodo en el área de terraza, tampoco se puede usar mucho esa área por qué no tiene mosquitero y con la lluvia hay bastantes mosquitos , hay un poco de humedad dentro de la casa al ser planta baja, un poco de hormigas en la cocina, sin embargo la pasamos bien y Giuseppe fue muy amable siempre respondió rápido y trato de solucionar todo en breve.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de las zonas importantes de Ancona, y cerca del transporte público. Es espacioso, fresco, muy limpio y con buen mobiliario. Bien decorado. La estancia fue fantástica. Angela nos acogió durante la estadía y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos dio buenas recomendaciones, consejos y conversamos amenamente con ella. Fue muy amable e hizo que nuestra estadía fuera fantástica.

Accoglienza al top, piccole attenzioni dedicate al cliente assai gradevoli. Casa pulita e in ordine, dotata di tutti i comfort. Prezzo giusti. Ci siamo trovati bene. Zona un po’ periferica ma comunque a pochi passi dal centro di Jesi, che merita di essere visitato.

Casa al mare accogliente e perfetta per una fuga di relax. Pulita con ambienti ordinati e ben curati, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. A due passi dalla spiaggia, in una zona tranquilla e piacevole. Consigliata!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est agréable, décoré soigneusement et bien équipé. il est idéalement placé au centre de Ancone. bus à proximité. Caterina est une personne exceptionnelle et nous a fait passer de bons moments en nous délivrant des conseils et des bonnes adresses. Elle a été présente pour nous du début à la fin du séjour. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Silvia's place is very spacious and well equipped. It is extremely clean and very close to the city center. Silvia is absolutely a wonderful host - great communication, care and attitude. We'd gladly stay at her place again.
