Fica a 10km do centro histórico (na Rio-Santos sentido Angra) e nas proximidades 3km de duas praias pouco frequentadas mas não menos bonitas: prainha da Praia Grande e Praia do Rosa.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
