This cozy and well-kept apartment, free on three sides, has been recently renovated, and careful maintenance of the interiors and exteriors is carried out every year. The advantage of this elegant accommodation is that everything is within walking distance: the long and wide equipped beach, sailing sports, catamaran tours to the Islands where you can enjoy delicious lunches on board, fish restaurants, and pizzerias overlooking the sea. A stocked market is just a short walk from the house and the car is only needed to go to Palau! (6 km)

Apartment in a detached house, in the locality of Barrabisa, a few km from Palau and a stone's throw from Porto Pollo and Isola dei Gabbiani... the kingdom of surfers! It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, and a kitchen-living room. Veranda equipped with table and deckchair overlooking the mouth of the Liscia river and the Coluccia peninsula. The house is 650 m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. Only the Macchia separates you from the beach with a view of the two bays of the baia di delphini and the isola dei gabbiani. A private path through the Macchia will take you to the beach in 2 minutes on foot, by car. 3x cleaning per week included.
