Villa vacation rentals in Porto Pino

Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

This was an absolutely brilliant experience. The place beautiful and with immaculate views overlooking the sea. Everything super clean and comfortable. Tara & Simone were super lovely and hosted us with lovely sparkling wine and Sardinian cakes. The area in general has a lot to offer with easy access to beaches, hikes and a beautiful park. 💯 recommend for everyone who loves amazing views and appreciates the nature.

It was a great experience. We had tje beach close to the house in a quiet neighborhood with bigger cities also not that far away. The house has everything one needs, we'll visit again

Meine Frau und ich (Ü60) haben 3 Wochen lang die bemerkenswerte und überaus sowie liebenswerte und umfangreiche Gastfreundschaft von Marco und seinen Familienangehörigen genießen dürfen. Es hat ganz einfach alles gepasst und und gab für uns nicht den geringsten Anlass für Kritik oder Unzufriedenheit. Wir bedanken uns daher noch einmal für diesen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Es würde den Platz hier und den Zeitrahmen von allen sprengen, wenn wir alles aufzahlen würden was uns sehr gefallen hat. Umso leicht ist es aufzuzählen was nicht in Ordnung war. Da gibt es nämlich nichts zum aufzählen. Das Haus und die Betreuung durch Marco sind unbedingt als höchst empfehlenswert einzustufen. Wir werden ihn bei Gelegenheit ganz sicher wieder besuchen!

Abbiamo trascorso un favoloso weekend a Villa del Sole, un’oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nella natura, il posto ideale dove rilassarsi. Soprattutto gli spazi esterni erano ben tenuti e ideali per trascorrere delle piacevoli giornate all’aperto in compagnia grazie alla piscina, al barbecue e alle aree relax presenti. Matteo è stato un host impeccabile, ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie in maniera tempestiva e cordiale. Speriamo di poter soggiornare nuovamente a Villa del Sole!

The house is great. It is very modern and stylishly furnished. The entire house is equipped with modern air conditioning. There are two large bathrooms, each with shower. There is a great shower outside. The yard is very spacious and beautifully planted. The house is ideal for a couple's, Family, Friends holiday. It was a fantastic stay for us and we would come back at any time and will do so sooner or later.The service was from another world.We received an extremely warm welcome and didn't have to worry about anything.They approached us proactively and solved even the smallest problems for us quickly and efficiently. You immediately felt like you were in good hands because everything ran smoothly. At no point did y ou feel like a mass-produced item that needed to be finis hed off as quickly as possible,but rather like a person who you wanted to give as nice a vacation as possible. We stayed in 4Accommodations in Sardia for2 weeks and it was by far the best in every respect!ThankUve🙏

Best location in Porto Pino - really close to the beach and our sailing venue. Yet extremely private and peaceful. Dani was incredibly attentive and helpful to all our needs. Will absolutely return to stay in Villa Lucia if back in Porto Pino one day.

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit im schönen Haus von Gloria verbracht und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter! Das Haus ist geräumig, geschmackvoll und schön renoviert. Die 5 Zimmer sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zwei gepflegte Bäder und ein WC, alles renoviert und sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse steht ein sehr grosser Tisch, der Platz für alle bietet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, Pinien und südländischen Pflanzen, Liegestühle und Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Und genügend Platz für Autos hinter dem Haus. Eine Aussendusche mit Warmwasser - so angenehm! Zum sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 200 Schritte. Das Meer war Ende September/anfangs Oktober immer noch warm, und es hatte wenig Leute am Strand. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer - wunderschöne Stimmung am Strand und im Garten! Das Wlan ist leider nicht unbegrenzt - für eine grosse Gruppe wie die unsere eine Herausforderung ;) Gloria hat jeweils sehr rasch geantwortet.

Wir haben uns in Riccardos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Riccardo war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld einen nützlichen Guest-Guide zur Verfügung gestellt und uns dann auch vor Ort mit weiteren Tipps versorgt. Sehr dankbar waren wir insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität beim Check-Out. Danke Riccardo für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Familienferien , 3 Generationen, genügend Platz, alles Nötige vorhanden, Lage des Hauses spektakulär, 5 tolle Strände zu Fuss erreichbar, klare Infos, Meersicht und Meeresrauschen -- ein wahrerTraum!

Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Aussicht zum Meer ist phänomenal, gute Restaurants mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und Mario hielt ständig Kontakt, indem er uns tolle Tipps für Rahmenprogramm lieferte

Everything was far above my expectations. Simone is such a helpful person, we had a great time two days there. place is so beautiful, Stefania is great person, she made us at ourselves at home. Location is really good, their breakfast was fantastic. Simone's surprise was so good. she left for me two bottles of Prosecco and lovely birthday card:)

Federico and Monica were excellent hosts. They were always super helpful, when we arrived the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom needed replacing, Monica quickly dealt with and we had a new fitted a few days later. Because the room was a little dusty after, Monica arranged for the cleaner to come and replaced the bedsheets and towels at the same time. My son and daughter had to leave a day and as the flight was very early in the morning I was able to arrange through Monica to get picked up by Elia. This was really appreciated. The villa itself is very big and has everything you need. The views of the mountains are really special. We went to Cala Sinzias and Punta Molentis. We did prefer Cala Sinzias due to the location, the restaurant, toilet facilities and the clear shallow water. Cagliari itself has lots of restaurants and wine bars and cute shops. We also visited Colline Del Vento vineyard and did the dinner package. It was a lovely evening and we would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hervorragend gefallen. Ein Auto wird auf jeden Fall benötigt. Empfehlenswert ist der kleine und nahe liegende Ort Pula. Wunderschöne und charmante italienische Atmosphäre!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto bella alla Casa da Maurizio! L'alloggio è davvero fantastico e molto ben tenuto. Era sempre pronto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi domanda e aveva ottimi consigli per la zona circostante! La comunicazione è stata sempre veloce e molto cordiale. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

Unser Urlaub in Elmiras Haus war sehr schön! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus war wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Enrico hat reibungslos funktioniert, Enrico war sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Strand Sa Ruxi ist fussläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar und auch Villasimius ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Unterkunft wirkt auf den Fotos zwar größer, was uns nicht gestört hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette superbe maison. Le logement est magnifique (fidèle aux photos), propre, très fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement équipé. L’extérieur est très beau, très bien entretenu. Et la piscine… superbe (et chauffée !). Stefano est très sympathique et très réactif, il répond immédiatement à la moindre question et se soucie sincèrement du bien être de ses locataires. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ;-) Merci encore et à très bientôt
