50 m² open-space loft on two levels with balcony. On the entrance floor we have the living room with equipped open kitchen, washing machine, fridge and a comfortable double sofa bed, smart-tv. We also have a bathroom with toilet and bidet on the floor, but no shower. Upstairs we have a double bed, closet and bathroom with shower and bidet. Fast wi-fi connection. Located in the historic center of Desenzano del Garda and a few meters from Porto Vecchio, close to restaurants and shops.

The house has been completely renovated while maintaining its peculiarities as an old house and trying to recover the pre-existing materials. This building has belonged to our family for 3 generations and its history is part of us, which is why we personally and passionately oversaw the renovation. From here you can quickly reach the beach and the port, from which the boats that connect the lake depart.
