Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
