It has a barbecue, internet, garage, 2 bedrooms (01 en-suite with a double bed) and 2 single beds, 01 social bathroom, fully furnished apartment and full kitchen. Bath towels and bed linens. We don't have umbrellas and chairs, but you can rent them from a kiosk in front of the apartment :) NOTE: there is currently a nearby construction project in progress.

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Very nice and with all the quality furniture and beds. It has all three full bathrooms and the kitchen is super equipped. Regina is always available. The building is very nice and comfortable, it is in front of a small but very good restaurant that also serves on the beach. The beach in that sector is very nice and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment has lounge chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Highly recommended apartment and host!

Herlon, the host, is extremely helpful. The house itself is a spectacle, we had a wonderful week, the heated jacuzzi facing the sea was very enjoyable. The house is spacious and accommodates everyone very well. All rooms have air conditioning, TV and IPTV. Quiet and cozy place. Recommended!

We had an amazing stay! Mr. Anderson was always very attentive and helpful. The apartment was super clean, well maintained and with all appliances working perfectly. It had everything we needed for a wonderful week's vacation. The condominium is excellent, with heated and normal pool (which made all the difference to us), as well as a gym, SPA, cinema and a very friendly staff always willing to help. It was a memorable experience. We only have to thank you and we would definitely come back!

Let's go… Quiet beach even at the time we went, which was from 12/29 to 1/5 because only residents are there. At most, people would walk along the beach!! Wonderful! Very well located apartment.. Everything very close, Havan, large market, small market, stationery store, lots of things, pharmacies, bakery, everything can be reached on foot. Super airy apartment!! Big windows!! Great size rooms and spaces.. Well positioned building garages including for large car. Gas-heated water on all faucets and showers!! The barbecue is complete with all the utensils! Well-equipped house!! Hot tub with hot water!! Perfect pool table… Finally.. everything perfect!! Best impossible!! We will definitely be back!! 🥰

The apartment is excellent, large, everything is in great condition, the rooms, the furniture and appliances. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, you don't need to use a case for anything, there is a restaurant, pharmacy, market, shopping, all about 1 to 3 minutes on foot. The host was kind and communicative, always responded very quickly and helped us when we needed it. I definitely want to come back more often!

House is just like the ad, we feel at home. The wonderful bed, top shower, all good brand-new, we took a day of rain at night and had plenty of option on TV as I have a small child was great. Less than 10min walking to the beach, less than 3 by car. We managed to go to several nearby beaches walking.. big market very close, we will definitely be back and recommend

Our stay at Eraldo's place could not be better!!! We enjoyed it a lot,the house is wonderful, great pool. Right from the beach, a very quiet place without a lot of car movement.Eraldo was very helpful, always responding quickly and always worrying if everything was okay. In relation to the check in and check out he was very flexible, it was very good!!!We're sure to make a day of the best places we've hosted and we'll definitely be back!!!!

My experience at Giovanna's house was excellent! She was extremely attentive from the first contact, always available to help and answer questions. The house was spotless — very clean, organized and exactly as shown in the photos. My family felt super comfortable throughout the entire stay. I recommend and would definitely stay with her again!

Mabel was an exceptional host, received all of us very kindly and attentively. Everything we need was arranged very quickly. Certainly the choice of the space was worth it. We had a wonderful week.
