Enjoyed my visit so so much. Everyone at check in were so nice and helpful. They gave us suggestions for places to go for food and a good time. They responded so fast and were always so nice. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment before our cruise. The unit is beautifully furnished and situated, we could even see our ship arriving from the balcony! The views, both day and night, are absolutely stunning. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and safe. Also a good feature is the free metro which is available conveniently right in front of the building, which saves time compared to taking an Uber, especially when the nearby bridge is open. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This penthouse was EXACTLY how it was described! It was in the perfect location, it was super clean, and the views and hot tub were outstanding. I felt like a superstar here! Plus, the host was super responsive and even accommodated me with check-in and check-out times. This will be where I stay any time I come to South Beach!

Cindy’s place was exactly as pictured. It was clean and can’t beat the views. Cindy was very helpful in making recommendations and accommodating us. We will always try to stay at her condo when we go to Miami.

The air bnb was absolutely beautiful! It looked just like the pictures! I’ve stayed in the design district, Hollywood, and on Collins ave before and brickell area is where it’s located and ir definitely takes the cake. You really get the authentic Miami vibe! I loved it and the views WERE so serene. The amenities that you get with the air bnb are a plus too. The only thing I disliked was that there wasn’t a broom. I broke a glass cup and I really had no way to ensure there wasn’t any spec of glass left. Although I improvised the situation, it would have been way easier if I had a broom. Iverallll the best stay!

I would recommend this place to anyone, the description matches the reality. My only feedback would be that communication can be challenging if not during Italian day time zone.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Thank you very much for hosting us. We had one of the best vacations ever. Everything from the service to the location was top notch. The unit was as advertised and Aljosha couldn’t be nicer. When I return, I hope to stay in the same unit. Highly recommend!

Peace! Debbie’s place was PERFECT for my vacation. It was clean yet vintage. The concierge staff were very kind and helpful. Location is in the heart of EVERYTHING!! I would definitely stay there again. Also, if you are a ice cream 🍦 person try Icy-N-Spicy located in the building ✨💫

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

The photos don’t do this place justice! Views are better than expected and the space in general feels a bit bigger than the photos. The host is responsive and was always trying to help when possible. Thanks for having us!

Stayed for a month. Outstanding apartment, views, and location in a luxury building. Comfortable bed. Quiet, great bar and restaurant in building, gym, pool. Whole Foods in walking distance, CVS, Brickell Shopping Center, etc. Complete resort lifestyle. My favourite place yet.

We had a great time in Miami and the apartment was very nice. It was clean, had enough space, also the pool and the gym were nice and the view from the apartment was great. I would recommend it without hesitation

Stunning views, bright & lots of space. The facilities (gym, spa, pools) were top notch. The location was excellent, walkable to the whole downtown area. We felt safe and staff at facilities were friendly & helpful. Stacy & her colleagues were quick to respond to questions. We loved our time there and would most definitely stay there again!

Staying at this location was perfect ! It’s located right in the heart of downtown close to many attractions, shops, and great restaurants. Our apartment was clean and all amenities worked perfectly. Questions were answered promptly, check in-check-out was a breeze, and being able to park our rental at the nearby garage was definitely a plus ! Cory’s place was perfect for our getaway. It was quiet with a pool and a gym down the hall. The apartment was confortable with a nice balcony where you can have your morning breakfast or your whiskey at night. Cory’s was very attentive and his recommendation was on point. He recommended Allison park as a place to relax and enjoy the beach. He was right the beach was clean with easy access to chairs and umbrella. I would definitely come back and stay at Cory’s place.

We had a great time at Cory’s apartment. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed Amara at Paraiso down on the water, and Mia Market in the design district. The apartment has every essential from an air fryer to all the beach items you can think of! The buildings pool was by far the best part, as we spent everyday there at some point.

Beautiful spot , very clean and well maintained ! And the price was amazing considering its location !
