Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Portland Parish

My family and I came for a two day stay. Staying here exceed my ourexpectations. the property was truly amazing. The staff (Denny, Keith, and Karen) were awesome and made you feel at home. They answered all of our questions and provided superb service. Denny's cooking was awesome! I also liked the fact that it was a short walk from Frenchman's cove beach and a short drive from Blue Lagoon and Boston beach. This stay was a 11 out of 10 and we will be back again. I highly recommend!

My month-long stay at Jacqueline's place from January 11th to February 11th, 2025, was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. Jacqueline is a truly exceptional host – warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and even checked in periodically to see how my stay was going.Her kindness and hospitality was bar none. The property itself was exactly as described in the listing, and even better in person. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect. The location was ideal, close to public transport and within easy reach of the downtown markets and shopping centers. I highly recommend Jacqueline's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay like mine, you won't be disappointed. The accommodation is great. If I say it met expectations I'd be lying, in fact, it was better than we expected! It was me, my wife and my daughter, an 8-month-old baby and the house was perfect for us! Comfortable room, clean bathroom, and very well-equipped kitchen! Roseanna responded very quickly when we needed her and Wayne was also always ready to help us. The beach behind the house is also worth a visit! In addition, it is very close to other attractions in the region! In short, I recommend this accommodation! Everything was great!

I liked the place from the get go. When I finally got there it was everything that was described in the listing. The house was nice and clean and had all the listed amenities. I felt at home. The community is very peaceful and quiet. My host is super responsive and very helpful. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and colleagues and I will be returning soon.

This is a home away from home that I’ll definitely be returning to I came to play mas on the road & celebrate my birthday this year & my experience in this home was unforgettable from the scenery mango trees & hibiscus flowers to the kind people who work & tend to this home it was priceless.

Desmond’s place was spotless and comfortable. Desmond was very responsive. Roads in Jamaica are very bad, (not Desmond’s fault), but we had to cut short our stay because driving times to sites we wanted to see were longer than expected. Desmond was very accommodating, and provided a refund in accordance with AirBnB policy.

Linford home was immaculate. It was very peaceful as you are surrounded by luscious green. Linford was very responsive and kind. Boston Bay beach is a 5 min walk. The vibes were amazing. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay.

This is an awesome location across from the beach. You literally walk out of the front door onto the beach. The area is peaceful and quiet. The local residents are all so friendly. It’s 15 minutes from the famous Boston Jerk Market, 20 minutes from Reach Falls and within walking distance to local restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable and cool with a state of the art air conditioning system. A new Washer and dryer is also provided within the apartment. I would recommend this Rental in Portland to All.

This was my second time renting one if the units at Tim Pappies, and it was just as awesome as the first! The place is super comfy, especially the bed and has everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Portland Parish is such a beautiful place , and this unit us too. The location makes it easy to explore everything - from the beaches to local spots. The host is super chill and always on top of things, which made the whole stay even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to... once more. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with everything you need, this is it!

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Bird Bliss. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication with the hosts Joy and Shell was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The property was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, it’s two minutes away from rafting on the Rio Grande, going west, it’s five minutes from to Somerset Falls and going east it’s eight minutes to the Shan Shy Beach. I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. My overall experience was nothing but amazing. I highly recommend this property when visiting Portland. Thank you Joy and Shell for being super hosts and for such a memorable stay. I will definitely be back

Loved it! Almost didn’t want to leave

I’ve stayed at Ava’s place a couple of times now and love it. Ava is a wonderful host, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Kingston.

Despite the weather not being super cooperative i had the most amazing stay! From the moment I booked, Michelle was super responsive and proactive. When I arrived to the property I was greeted warmly and shown around and given info for navigating whatever I needed. Michelle and her staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay and that i was able to get out and enjoy excursions as well. This is by far one of my best stays ever and I'm already thinking about my return!

beautiful, well-lit flat in a magical garden, with a nice breeze and beautiful daylight. The flat is super comfortable, private, cosy, efficient and well-designed. The location is ideal for people who want to stay in Kingston and have a nice pad to get back to. Liguanea is a rather safe and walkable area compared to other bits of Kingston. Prue was generous and kind, very easy to communicate with, and helpful in many ways. She knows many places around that she can recommend, and overall, she was a great host and an interesting conversation companion. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back if I'll come back to Kingston again.

My stay was amazing! This spot was exaclty what I needed. The park was so close. perfect for my morning workout and tennis match. Hope Pastures is a beautiful and safe neighborhood and close to all the hotspots in uptown Kingston.

First let me say Nicole place was Very beautiful and spotless the decor was top notch . The photos just has you seen and even better in person Complementary wine and bottles of water, robes and slippers and a complementary bag has well in the bathroom!the security was great professionalism was there when you arrived at the gate they asked you for your name and proof of your identification has Nicole mentioned… Nicole was very responsive one phone call away if I felt like I needed anything which I really didn’t everything was already there for you just PERFECT! felt right at home I’m really sorry I didn’t stayed a little bit longer!! Best Airbnb I ever been to in Kingston. This definitely my number one top pick anytime I revisited Jamaica… I highly recommend to my closest friends and family and now you! The host is very understanding and transparent. Any issues or any miscommunications arises. She will always respond really quickly to work out any possible solutions. Also her place she listed was very pristine and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to book her if you’re looking to stay within Ocho Rios. Lastly, she is quick at providing all of the instructions in order to make everything stress free and easy to manage.

This place was breathtaking and worth the money! Very quiet, stunning view to wake up too! I wouldn’t say the beach is exactly walkable it quite the climb but the pool was nice and the staff was friendly! Bought some jelly from the security at the gate which saved me a trip to the town. But I definitely recommend this spot and I’ll be back!

I had a great stay at Kamar’s unit. The apartment was exactly as described; very clean, comfortable and located in a quiet area that felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Kamar is a great host!! I had no issue with the unit itself, everything worked well and was thoughtfully maintained. The only downside was the gym in the building was out of service. On the bright side, the rooftop offered a stunning view of new Kingston area, which I’d say made up for it. Overall a great stay, I’d happily return and would recommend to others.

Simply spectacular. Michael was great! He was helpful, his place was amazing and he was kind. The place had an incredible view!!! I will be staying here again.

My family and I really loved this place. We stayed one night and I wish we had gotten to stay longer to really enjoy it. I loved the view and the windows! The beds were very comfortable as well. The host was helpful and responsive, ensuring I got in quickly after I after I had trouble entering the code when I first got to the condo. I would definitely stay there again. I felt safe and the building was quiet.
