Great stay! Lovely place and neighborhood full of flowers and very walkable and accessible by public transportation. Scott was super helpful and accommodating with check-in when I arrived early. Would love to come back.

Nice property right by the River. Comfortable stay and a good value. Beds were comfortable. The hosts set up a fire in the fire pit for us which was a nice bonus. They were also flexible on check out time.

Shower 10/10, bed 10/10. These are the most important to me and they were great! Good location with shops nearby. The only thing I didn’t realize was that it was in the flight path of airplanes and you can here them in the morning, but ear plugs helped that. Overall a great spot, would recommend!!

We stay with Therese about twice a year and have done so for years. It is close to our adult granddaughter's apartment and is a great place for our family to hang out together for meals and movies and other family activities. We love the peaceful surroundings including many big, beautiful old trees and proximity to the river. And though we have been coming for years, we still discover new things. This trip two of the new things in the neighborhood include J&R Mexican Food on McLoughlin, which has very tasty and reasonably priced Mexican food, as well as discovering Stringfield Family Park only a few blocks away on SE Naef Rd. It is also along the Trolley Trail (another good things for fitness walkers to know about in the neighborhood. Stringfield is a lovely place to have a picnic or stroll along a creek whose residents include ducks and nutria, and if you have playground age kids, they will love the fun and creative play structures! We always love staying at Therese's!

This was my second time staying on Jeremy’s magical property, and this time we brought the whole family! We rented both the main house and guest house for a weekend getaway, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. The main house is warm, inviting, and incredibly spacious—perfect for gathering everyone under one roof. The design is thoughtful and full of charm, with cozy corners, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds throughout. We cooked, laughed, and shared meals around the dining table, then relaxed by the fire or explored the beautiful surroundings. The private lake, forest trails, wildflowers, and peaceful energy of this place make it feel like your own private nature retreat. We saw all kinds of critters, made bonfires, and enjoyed being completely unplugged. It was everything we hoped for and more. Jeremy’s hospitality is unmatched, and this property continues to be a favorite. We can’t wait to return again.

Our stay at The House at the Falls was perfect for my writing group’s annual in-person retreat. We loved being able to open a door or window and hear the falls. The house had everything we needed from a washer and dryer to multiple comfy places to write from. Thanks for all the hot beverage choices and hospitality.

We loved our stay at Jamison’s Airbnb! We were visiting for a wedding and all of our family stayed here. There was more than enough room for everyone to have privacy or come together in the evenings and enjoy the beautiful back patio and the river. The house and surroundings were just gorgeous. We saw lots of wildlife and the flowers were plentiful and beautiful. It was just what we needed to unwind and have family time together. Jamison was always incredibly responsive. If we had a question it needed something he was on it We would definitely rent this house again. It was a stellar experience

I had the luck of renting this home for an extended period of time while my own home was being renovated. The location is close to river and has a creek running through the backyard. There are trees surrounding the home so it feels like a cabin in the woods but you are just a few minutes from anything you need. There is a family of deer that visit the creek regularly and who stop to nibble on the trees. There is a fire pit next to the house for bonfires and relaxing. And 3 fireplaces so you can open the windows and listen to the creek while you read a book or cat nap. Very dog friendly neighborhood to boot. Aviad was a fantastic host, responsive and attentive, but rarely needed him because the house was set up perfectly. Even though we were excited to head back to our home it felt like we were leaving “home” when we checked out. This is truly a special space & made a stressful time in our lives feel like an oasis and retreat. If you are lucky enough to get this house: book it!

If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place in a lush green surrounding this is the perfect stay. The house has a wonderful backyard to enjoy nature and there is a path along the Washougal river that allows for long, peaceful walks in a stunningly beautiful setting. Thomas is very accommodating, he made me coffee every morning, and the room is comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay there again should I need a place in the future.

The host was very nice and made us feel at home. Home was nice, views were spectacular and the location wasn’t too far from PDX.

We came in from out of town for a concert at the Edgefield, the location was perfect for walking into town, the river, and to/from the venue! Janie was easy to communicate with prior to check in and upon arrival gave us a quick run down of the house and introduced us to her sweet and extremely well mannered dog.  Janie was usually busy doing her own thing but at the same time, she was always available for suggestions, questions, and conversation.  The neighborhood was very quiet at night, which is something we appreciate being from a rural area.  I would definitely stay here again, especially for a concert or to visit other nearby attractions!
