There are two bedrooms upstairs along with a pull out couch. An additional bedroom is downstairs with an egress window. Two full bathrooms on the main floor. Our guesthouse is the entire first floor of the carriage house. In 1897, the building housed the horse drawn carriage. Since then it’s been remodeled and houses the inn. It's quiet, cozy, and feels like you're at a beach-side cottage. The quarters include a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, laundry, living/dining room, and patio w/ a privacy gate. These amenities aren't shared. The Carriage House also has another guest space. Both are independent including separate entries.

The loft is downtown lake odessa above a store front. Awesome for nightly or longer stays. It has Brick walls, barn siding, exposed ceiling, Murphy beds, fireplace. Walk down stairs , to r, antique shops, a fabulous old fashioned ice cream shoppe, seasonal. The public beach is walking distance. This would be an awesome place to have a group of friends party, however it can’t be used for that. It has to be more low key, there is an overnight rental below the loft. It’s great for relaxing
