The apartment is beautifully done and the location is absolutely superb. Delphine also gave some restaurant and sight recommendations, of which we visited a few and they were amazing – we had such a great time in Narbonne thanks to Delphine.

We felt very comfortable. The reception was very kind. The beach right in front of the apartment is very nice and not crowded. The apartment corresponds to the pictures and is tastefully decorated. The view is great.

This is the second stay we've had at Olivier's. Olivier is a very accommodating and attentive host (always a quick message during the stay to check if everything is going well). The apartment is in a very good location with a soothing and relaxing view, well arranged and close to the city center and the beach. You can get everywhere on foot and the little extra, private parking for the car. I would highly recommend it, it's great.

You can book without a second thought . Flo is an exceptional host, kind and very caring, her apartment is a reflection of her, very clean, well-appointed, quiet place, you feel at home. You are next to the pedestrian street and the beach on foot, no need to take the car. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

I'm delighted with my stay at Roland's place. The location of the apartment is perfect: just a gate separates us from the beach, close to the port center and restaurants, while being slightly out of the way to be quiet. The apartment is cozy! It felt good there. The sea view from the terrace is superb! A good place to recommend and remember... but shhh! Don't overdo it

Clean, functional accommodation, welcoming host I would recommned this property

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

From my first communication to our final goodbye our experience was an absolute joy and exceeded my high expectations. A delightfilled and creatively decorated apartment with high quality decor and kitchen appliances above a vibrant street with fabulous restaurants. We slept so well in a comfortable bed and were not disturbed at all due to excellent soundproofing. What more could you ask for? Then the best surprise of all , a truly magnificent breakfast. So delicious and beautifully presented. 🤩Montpellier is a beautiful destination and we chose the perfect accommodation with the perfect hosts. 🙏 for all your kindness . The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you are on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, crib, toys..). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is within walking distance 30 min (easy) but not very close.

What can I say .. stayed a month, and could have stayed a year. One of the best apartments we have booked. As the photos indicate the decor is both very beautiful and practical [comfortable living area, very well provisioned full kitchen, good bed and linen, clean and functional bathroom, plenty of storage space, separate TV loft). The apartment enjoys lots of light streaming in through the French doors onto a delightful little balcony. Air con and heating both excellent. Location perfect, central but quiet. Véro and David are generous and attentive hosts. Cannot recommend enough. Note: recycling bins for glass and paper/plastic are located nearby in Place Molière, and there are Biodéchets (brown bins) at various locations across Montpellier.

Julien's space was as advertised. The highlight was the balcony; when we weren't exploring the city or sleeping, we were on the balcony with breakfast or sharing a bottle of wine in the evening. The kitchen was serviceable, I wouldn't cook a meal in there as there aren't any spices but with the wonderful restaurants around there was no need to cook. The air conditioning was great but the bedroom could use a fan as the cool from the AC didn't travel. I have only two complaints: first, there weren't any instructions for the washing machine (we eventually bought our own laundry detergent and found a drying screen on the balcony as the dryer didn't seem to work). Second, it took them at least 8 hours to respond which if there had been a real issue we've would've been SOL. Thankfully there weren't any issues so it didn't affect our stay. I would have no qualms about staying here again or referring people to stay at Julien and Yohan's!

Very nice apartment near the port of Mèze, walking distance to restaurants, shuttle to Sète and beach of the Etang de Thau. Clean and well-equipped apartment with magnificent views of the pond. Easy location for visiting the surroundings such as Montpellier, Nîmes, St-Guilhem-le-désert, the Pont du Gard, etc. Pascale from the agency kindly welcomed us and provided us with plenty of information about the region and things to visit.

We very much enjoyed our vacation at this apartment. It was right across the sea and well equipped to go to the sea (toys, standup paddleboard). The apartment was very clean as soon as we arrived and the clime was ready for us. I won't hesitate to come back. They arranged the apartment well and it is in very good condition. The owner was very kind and quickly responded to our requests.

A beautiful, clean and modern apartment. The private beach access is incredibly great. We highly recommend a stay with a child and dog. The contact with Marie was very good, she was always available when we had questions😊. We'd love to come back. We were there at the end of May, and the beach was very quiet and super clean😊.

Vincent's apartment is very well decorated and the amenities are very good quality. Everything is modern and well thought out to make guests' stay easier. The guide written by Vincent is very appreciable and very useful for quickly finding useful information. The apartment is very well located, a short walk to the cathedral. You can see it from the window. It's a little harder to find a place. Despite its downtown location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The "negative" points that we could note, apart from the error on the rose petals option, concern the coffee maker that we could not make work properly and the lack of towels to wipe our hands in the kitchen and toilets. It's just a detail, but it would be more convenient. We had a great time in Avignon!
