The apartment is very nice, clean and very well maintained, the right size to be well livable. Claudia is a host who stands out for her kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness, and is able to make guests feel welcome as if they were at home. The apartment is in a quiet area full of nature, but at the same time very close to the central square of Castelnuovo Rangone and to several roads that lead both to the beautiful landscapes of the Emilian Apennines and to Modena. Highly recommended, if possible I will gladly return.

We liked the accommodation very much, the new kitchen was very well equipped and invited you to cook thanks to the large work surface and the diverse cooking utensils. The bathroom was very narrow but everything was newly done and had a spacious walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning made the hot days very pleasant. The location of the apartment was ideal to explore the surrounding places by car. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there were numerous very good restaurants. The only downside was the neighbors, who were very loud not only during the day but also at night. The doors were constantly slammed, they yelled at each other and the music was very loud. The parking lot is also sufficient for large cars. We also noticed the smell that other guests noticed, albeit only slightly and very limited to the living room. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable.

Our stay at Claudia and Alessandro's apartment was excellent. It is an ideal and beautiful place to stay if you come by car and want to go and visit the Ferrari museums which are just 10 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need to cook and is super comfortable. We were 4 adults, and we slept perfectly in a double bed and a 2-seater sofa bed. In the fridge, when we arrived, we had bottles of fresh water. Great detail to greet us after you travel. Claudia was a really friendly host. Definitely a place to recommend. We would definitely come back! Thank you Claudia and Alessandro for everything.

A superb base in the heart of Formigine. Spotlessly clean, spacious, high ceilings and tonnes of light. Incredibly convenient for exploring the area (easy walk to the station, you’re in the centre of Modena in under half an hour), and close to the shops and the centre of Formigine. Grateful for the cot for our little one and the washing machine. Balcony such a bonus, lovely spot for morning coffee. Such a gem- we will be back!
